Review of ACS medical college: first year.
Placements: Medical doctors usually do internships after this or pursue the next exam, formerly known as NEET PG. The average package of students in our course is 5 LPA, and most students go abroad or around India to study for their Masters. Internships are not popular in this course.
Infrastructure: Decent-quality labs are provided with cadavers but canteen is overpriced. Wi-Fi is decent but the basement area has no signal and needs to be worked on. The classrooms are spacious and well-aired, with ACs flowing but frequent power outages occur due to the weather in Chennai.
Faculty: Poor planning of the academic year, portions not properly completed or revised, good conducting of exams were done and the curriculum of the course was very relevant with health skills and more taught from the first year on how to be a holistic all-rounder doctor .
Other: None.

There are no extracurricular and cultural activities in this college.
Placements: Since it is a medical college it does not work like that. Once students finish the course, they have to do a one-year compulsory internship in the same college after which only they will be awarded their degree. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000 and can be expected depending upon the hospitals students apply to.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi is available, separate laboratories for all the non-clinical subjects are available. Classrooms are big and accommodate 150 students per classroom, and 4 such classrooms are available. Library with lots of medical books are available. Computers and tablets are also available in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. They teach the basic things to become a doctor first and work their way up. The exams are difficult, and students have to work hard. The pass percentage is 80%.

Really good infrastructure and facilities .
Placements: At above 80 percentage the students were placed in my course. The highest package is 50000/annum the lowest package is 10000/annum Average package is 25000 per annum Companies such as medplus, apolo, reliance etc. At 80 and above% the student got internship .
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in our department are Wi-Fi, Labs, classrooms, library, wash room, comman room, playground, hostel, food court, hospital, pharmacy, emergency care centre, Bike parking, tea stall, temple, park, stage, auditorium .
Faculty: The faculty members were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable The teaching quality was very good and very easy There is some industrial visits for 2 and 4 th year students every year. Semester exams is little bit easy for us and we have 2 sem exams oer year .
Other: To became a pharmacist.

A quick glimpse on ACSMCH.
Placements: Once completing MBBS, one can opt for various PG programmes by clearing NEET or NEXT exams after completion of 4 years course. The internship of one year is mandatory after completion of university exams. For MBBS recruitment does not take place in the college, one has to seek jobs in his/her own interest.
Infrastructure: We have got no access to Wi-Fi in our college and all the passwords are known only to administrative staff and faculty members. The food available in the canteen is okay, especially the chicken fried rice which tastes good. And quantity-wise, the food served is more than enough to cater for a person.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are qualified, though some faculty members take time to impart knowledge and some struggle to clear the concepts. Especially the microbiology professor who just reads away his notes in the classroom and asks us to note them down and read them out, which makes no sense to me.
Other: Coming to festivals, the college has motives to conduct many fests but we students don't cooperate with the college that good. Inter-departmental and inter-batch disputes have taken away our hopes of festivals in college. To be honest, we have only 3 to 4 events celebrated per year and sometimes not even that many are organised.

Overall, this is a good college though.
Placements: No medical students are placed in any college. They should get more experience to get a good job in one of the best colleges with advanced equipment and infrastructure, but we do get proper postings in the ACS Medical College, and it is a good college to study at.
Infrastructure: I didn't know about the college hostel but it is a nice hostel, which our friends tell. The hostel has a good mess with tasty curries. For a non-AC hostel, we have to pay 90,000 per year; for an AC hostel, we have to pay 130000 per year. The hostel price is also very high.
Faculty: For us experienced students, academically it is nice and practically it is also nice. The semesters are difficult to pass out, and very hard corrections are made. If everyone works hard, they can pass out. All lecturers teach very easily understood concepts.

Good campus with nice surroundings and staff, if you utilise time in learning .
Placements: The highest package is 15 Lacs per annum for MBBS and the lowest package is for nursing is Rs 2 lakhs.
Infrastructure: Hostel maintenance is neat and the food is also good. There is a big library with all the good stuff that is needed for every course is provided. We can take any book that we want and have to submit it within one week. The labs are there for anatomy after classes region-wise they show body parts of human muscles and bones.
Faculty: Some of the staff were soo good they teach you good stuff, whereas some were boring and they won't clarify your answers.
