Dissatisfied with the course curriculum.

Placements: Our batch had very good placements. Almost all the students who don't have a backlog got placed into various companies. Some of the companies which visit our college every year are TCS, Mindtree, Spectrum etc. Our batch had more placements than our seniors. The trend shows that placements will increase in the coming years. Our college also gets invitations for pool campus placements in nearby colleges through which many students managed to get into companies like Infosys, IBS etc. The average...

Good placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Our college has average placements compared to other colleges in the district of Ernakulam. About 60%-70% of the students got placed into different companies. The main companies that come to the campus are Tata Consultancy Services, Sutherland, Spectrum, Mindtree etc. But our college gets an invitation for attending placement drive in the nearby engineering colleges through which a number of students get placed into companies like IBS, Infosys etc. The average salary offered to any student is ap...

Good infrastructure and facilities. Great faculty.

Placements: The placements are good. Lots of students got placed in my batch. Reputed companies like TCS, UST Global, IBM etc. visited the campus in recent years. The number of students getting placed and offered with internships is increasing each year and more and more companies are visiting the college on a regular basis.

Good facilities and faculty.

Placements: Adishankara college has very good placements compared to nearby colleges in Ernakulam district. About 250 students got placed out of 350 students into different companies like TCS, Infosys, IBS, Sutherland etc. The highest salary offered is nearly 3.5 lakhs, the lowest salary is about 1.5 lakhs and the average salary is approximately 2.5 lakhs. Unfortunately, 99% of the students got into IT job roles. Internship is done by the students on their own. No help is provided by the college. ...

Average college, though very enjoyable.

Placements: The placements are not good as compared to the other government colleges. Nearly half the people only got placement from our batch. TCS was one of the main companies that recruited from our batch. Other companies include UST, Unisys etc. No core companies come for placement in the college. Only IT companies were there. Most of the students who were placed were mostly placed through off campus only.

Is not the best but is one among the good ones.

Placements: About 30 percent of the seniors were placed in various companies like TCS, UST, Infosys, Mindtree etc in both on-campus and off-campus placement. The highest salary is about 8 lacs per annum while it was as low as 1.2 lacs per annum. Almost 90 percent of the students went for internship. I'm not aware about the internship stipend.

Good placements, not satisfied with faculty.

Placements: Good placements by IT sector MNCs. No jobs other than IT. Highest ctc-7 lpa and lowest 1.8 lpa. No placements from IT product firms. All were from service sector. 0% got any valuable internships. I recommend valuable internship kind of culture as that in the education system of China.

Placements: Our seniors had excellent placements. About 70% of them got placed into various companies like TCS, Infosys, UST Globals, Mindtree, etc. This year TCS and UST Global had come to the college in the month of October and about 40% of our batch was already placed. Completely good course curriculum and teaching methods, and 100% satisfied with faculty.

Placements: The placements are fine and opportunities are there if we utilise it properly. The problem is that only IT firms are present and no core companies will come. The salaries offered are fine ranging from 2 lakhs to 7 lakhs. Major IT giants like TCS, Infosys and Wipro visit usually, and System Analyst post is mainly offered here.

Placements: Almost all students without backlogs were placed in my batch. Many companies have visited in the year 2016, providing a wide opportunity for students. Even students having up to 3 backlogs were placed in so many companies. The college has provided its maximum in case of placements.

Placements: Our college is having above average placements. About 65% of students were placed in our senior batch and it increased to 70% in our batch. The placement officer is a very dedicated person and he manages to bring in new companies to the college. After we passed out of the college, the placement cell has expanded by including 2 more placement officers, which will definitely result in better placements in the coming years. ASIET is an average college.

Placements: The placements were mostly from IT firms and a little from the core firms. TCS and UST were the major companies in which a considerable number of students were placed. By querying the details from the students working now, they say that the placed job offers less salary and they are not doing what they are specialised, which is very sad to hear.
