I am well satisfied with Adi Shakara Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Adi shakara Institution of Engineering and Technology has a good placement cell. This year itself, TCS came and several students from different departments got selected by TCS. Infosys will also come in February. Mindtree has also selected several students from the college. Usually, the companies came for placements are mostly IT companies.

Review of my college - Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: More than 50% students of the EEE 2012-2016 batch were placed in different companies like TCS, UST Global, IBS, Sutherland Global Services, Good Global Methods etc. Our placement officer did a great work giving us all this wonderful opportunity. The lowest salary offered was 1,12,000 LPA and the highest was 3,33,000 LPA.

Good placements and nice college life.

Placements: We had very good placement opportunities in our college. Around 70% of the students were placed through the campus itself. The highest salary offered was 3.75 lakhs and lowest was around 2.8 lakhs. The average salary was 3 lakhs per annum. Companies that visited campus include TCS, Mindtree, UST globals, Spectrum etc. Most of the job offers were IT based. Internships were comparatively less in our college as most of the students need to do their projects on the campus itself. ...

Well satisfied with the faculty members we had during the session of 2011-15.

Placements: Seniors and our batch students have been placed in very good companies with a good offer in various parts of India . Most of the students are placed as a software engineer and some placed in QA etc. Around 60-80 companies in total approached the students for the interview, offering a very good package. Almost 200-260 students in average are placed every year in very reputed companies like SAP, TCS, Wipro, HCL Experion etc.

Overall, it's an average college. Comes in the middle compared to its competitors.

Placements: The placement cell is okay, just okay. Very few great companies come for IT background, the rest are average or below average. The other B.Tech or M.Tech branches have very few opportunities. For computer science or IT background, it's good. For other branches, it is very poor. Placement training is too good, usually given by FACE people. The overall rating would be 6/10.

ASIET is one of the colleges located in the Ernakulam district. It comes from the leadership of Adishankara trust. The college is located outside the city and has a unique construction. The campus looks green and beautiful. The main reason why I choose this college was its placement records.Companies like TCS and UST visit the campus regularly and recruit a good number of students. For an average student who can study himself, I would recommend this college

The college is good. It has a really good atmosphere, good discipline and a decent level of teaching. The AE & I dept., is the best dept. of all, thanks to the HOD. The college has its share of events and contests but time for extracurricular activities is never given.
