An Honest Review by a Student at AIMS Bellur.
Placements: In contrast to most other private medical colleges throughout the country, our college pays during the internship, about 15,000 Rs. Internship is compulsory in order to get the license to practice and is 1 year long. Almost everyone writes NEET PG after the MBBS course. There are a decent number of patients as it is one of the biggest tertiary care hospitals in a radius of 50 km. The quality of education is good enough to get a good ranking in PG exams if you take studies seriously during the course. The pass-out percentage was 100% for the last batch. The college is NAAC A+ accredited.
Infrastructure: There is 24/7 Wi-Fi throughout the campus, and a large central library. The hostel rooms are spacious enough and well-maintained. You may opt for 3-sharing, 2-sharing, or a single room, and the feel differs. The new boys' hostel will get a gym this year, and we have a TV in our dining hall, on which we watch sports events, etc. Table tennis, carrom board, chess, etc., are also available.
Faculty: The curriculum followed here is the same as the rest of the medical colleges throughout the country and is strictly in accordance with NMC guidelines. The college ensures a high standard of medical education, and the teachers are excellent. Some of the professors have multiple decades of experience. They are quite approachable and understanding. Exams have a moderate level of difficulty.
Other: NEET score is the primary determinant of admission and the type of seat you get. No other examination exists currently for admission into the MBBS course. The reason I chose this college was because of the quality of medical education imparted here—it's better than most other private medical colleges, maybe even many of the new government colleges. Naturally, it's hard to be sure which college you end up with during counseling, as it depends not only on your NEET score but also on how others have fared compared to you. As the college is in a rural area, the environment is quite serene and peaceful. There's a large playground with a 400m track, a basketball court, and a tennis court. The college conducts several fests throughout the year. These include the graduation fest around May, Ganesha festival in September, and the sports fest called Synergy with several inter-college events. The college provides enough funds for all of these.

It'll be worth it to join here.
Placements: AIMS mandya is a promising institute with a strong commitment to medical education. While the college offers a decent internship stipend of around 15k, it's important to note that the quality of internship experience and education is equally significant. AIMS mandya has a dedicated faculty and provides a well rounded curriculum. However the internship stipend may vary based on the factors based on specialisation and location. Overall AIMS mandya is a reputable choice for medical education with room for improvement in financial support during internships.
Infrastructure: They have invested significantly in facilities and infrastructure creating a conducive environment for learning. The hostels are well maintained offering a comfortable stay for students, though occasional improvements in hostel amenities would be appreciated. The canteen serves a variety of affordable and tasty food, catering to diverse preference. The hostel food, while nutritious, could benefit from occasional menu enhancement. The campus is spotless and well maintained fostering a pleasant atmosphere. Additional they encourage sports and games providing ample opportunities for physical and recreational activities. Overall it's a college with commendable facilities and commitment to student well being with room for certain enhancement in minor areas.
Faculty: Teacher are highly qualified and intelligent and no doubt about the teaching quality it's excellent. Many students say this course is hectic taking a lot work loads makes you fall into depression but trust me you will adapt and you will say it was worth it at the end. Exams are made slightly difficult so that you will know your rank and you will try to improve.
Other: It was our parents dream to make me a doctor and they did their best. Every year 3 events or functions are programme excluding the freshers party which will be conducted by third year students.

    Beautiful campus infrastructure .
Placements: The course requires a compulsory 1-year internship, which is completed in the hospital associated with the college. The internship includes 3 months of rural postings. The stipend received is 1.2 LPA. During the first year, students are posted to different departments for almost a month to enhance their skills and understanding of the subject.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good on campus, including a large college building, a multi-specialty hospital, a well-equipped library, multiple reading rooms, lounge areas for relatives, a temple, and guest rooms for parents when they come to stay. Also, there are separate hostels available for PG and UG students.
Faculty: The curriculum is rigorous, with 19 subjects to be completed in 4.5 years and a 1-year compulsory rotatory internship. Each year, 3 internal assessments are conducted, and at the end of the year, university exams are conducted, in which the students must pass with at least 50 percent to get promoted to the next year.
Other: The college conducts 3 main festivals each year. These include the Ganesha, Graduation, and Freshers' Fests. These festivals allow the students to participate and showcase their extracurricular skills.

Our college is good with the infrastructure but poor campus life.
Placements: Our course has 100% placements. Internships are provided with a stipend of Rs.10,000 per month. After UG the salary starts at Rs.40,000 to 50,000 per month. After PG the salary starts at Rs.70,000 to 80,000 per month. Roles offered are junior resident, senior resident, and house surgeon in the beginning.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and hospitals are good with adequate patient input for the undergraduate level. Library is outstanding with books by different authors and contemporary studying space. Wi-Fi is fast and flawless. Hostel is the worst. Water and electricity are discontinuous. Mess provides veg with egg but it doesn't matter as the food is inedible.
Faculty: Teachers are outstanding, highly qualified, and approachable. Teaching quality is the best. Semester exams are difficult but they make us ready for life. Academic activity is the prime feature.
Other: I want to become a doctor. The improvement needed is on the exposure area. There are 3 fests conducted. Campus crowd and life are not that great. There is enough scope for extracurricular activities. Inter-collegiate competitions and events are well appreciated.

Our college education and infrastructure are good, and faculty members are very helpful.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placements. The salary package offered is about 1-3 LPA. All hospitals are the top recruiters. We can get jobs in any hospital. Otherwise, we can join for PG course, which is also good in this college, and they also provide scholarships. We can also go for abroad studies. Everything regarding college is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel and college is good. The quality of food is average. The library is good and filled with all the author books, but the quality of the hostel and food is also quite average. Medical facilities provided by the college are good as they provide free medical checkups for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-knowledgeable. They are good at teaching. The curriculum is also excellent. Exams are quite strict, and our college is very serious regarding exams. In every semester, we need attendance, and we are not allowed to write exams until and unless there is a proper reason regarding the shortage of attendance.
Other: Campus life is awesome. Every year they conduct fests and various activities.

AIMS - must go through this review as to why you might like this college!
Placements: This is a very reputed institution. After 4.5 years of MBBS course, we have to do one year of internship in this hospital, and the college also pays us a stipend. Throughout these 5.5 years, we get to see a lot of patients and can learn so many things under the expert doctors in their fields.
Infrastructure: The college has amazing infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, washrooms, labs, and everything. We also have an amazing library with almost all the books required for the students and other journals too. The hostels are mostly 3-sharing with an attached bathroom and washrooms. They provide vegetarian food which is actually good and also give eggs twice a week, but they don't serve non-vegetarian food. The college supports students with sports too, apart from the academic front.
Faculty: The college has well-educated professors who are experts in their subjects. They are all very friendly with the students, making it more approachable for us. Apart from theory and practical classes, they also conduct small group discussions which are interactive sessions that help us get a better grip on the subject. We have an annual exam for which eligibility should be obtained through 3 internal assessments, but apart from that, we also have 3 unit tests which prepare us to perform better in internal assessments.
Other: Apart from academics, the college conducts 2-3 fests every year. It also takes students to various quizzes, debates, model projects, and so on. The students interested in sports are also very well supported by the professors and principal. The campus is located on a highway and surrounded by a few villages around, providing a calmer and peaceful environment.
