My point of view of my college.
Placements: The placement of the students is average from the college. The percentage of students that were placed in my course was more than 35%. The highest package is 7 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 5 Lacs per annum. The top recruitment company here is Sincam Pharmaceutical Company. Many of the students get internships, approximately 65% of students get internships from the college in pharmaceutical companies. Skilled students get internships in multinational pharmaceutical companies by their skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty large and good. The infrastructure for our department is good and perfect for the pharmaceutical department. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the department. Proper labs are there for every specific subject. Some classrooms have projectors for better learning of the students and some are normal classrooms with whiteboards and blackboards. The quality of facilities and hostel is satisfying. The quality of food available in the mess is edible. Limited sports grounds are there for multiple sports.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are very helpful and kind, but some of the teachers are very strict and rude in nature. Many of the teachers have teaching experience of more than 15 to 20 years, so they are highly knowledgeable and experienced. The teaching quality is pretty good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students skilled. The semester exams are quite difficult, so the students have to study round the year.

My viewpoint of my college.
Placements: The placement percentage of the students is very average, with not more than 20 to 25% of students getting placed from the institute. The highest package is 7 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 5 Lacs per annum. Sincam is the pharmaceutical company that hires most of the students. The percentage of students getting internships is more than 60 to 65%. Most of the students get internships in local pharmaceutical companies and some pharmaceutical companies from other states.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course are pretty okay and good. Wi-Fi connectivity is there all over the campus. Proper labs are there for better understanding and practical knowledge of the student. The classrooms are well-furnished and projectors are installed in the classrooms for better learning. The college has a library with a vast collection of books. The hostel facilities are pretty good, and the quality of food available in the mess is eatable and hygienic. A medical dispensary is also there on the campus in case of an emergency. Limited sports grounds are there in the college for different sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and kind. Most of the teachers have teaching experience of more than 15 years, so they are highly knowledgeable and keep a good understanding of the subjects. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students skilled. The semester exams are not so difficult if one has studied throughout the year, but they can be difficult if you are appearing for the exam just studying the night before the exam.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2023

My experience at Adina Institute, Sagar.
Placements: Adina Pharmaceutical Institute is the top-ranked institute in the city, and that is the reason why so many local companies trust this institute and hire talent from here. ARISTO LAB, LUPIN PHARMA, and SUN PHARMA are the top recruiting companies, and the highest package in 2023 will be 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is highly developed, resembling a tourist place. Many facilities, like a gym, sports complex, canteen, hospital, Wi-Fi, and smart classrooms, are available. The library is fully stocked, and sports activities are held every Saturday.
Faculty: The faculty of this institute is not comprised of old-age teachers; all faculty members are quite young. This is the reason students can understand theory better. They behave very well, and teachers conduct industry tours to enhance knowledge. The course curriculum is based on the Pharmacy Council of India, Delhi. Exams are neither too easy nor too difficult for everyone.

Amazing college life, satisfying surroundings.
Placements: More than 60 percent of students are placed in this course. The highest package is of 9 LPA, the lowest package is of 4 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. Local pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical companies from other states are the top recruiting companies for this course. More than 80 percent of students get internships, mostly in pharmaceutical companies of other states.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure for the course are very good and systematic. Proper labs are there for the students to understand the subject better by performing practicals on a daily basis. The complete campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. Classrooms have projectors installed. The library is also there, offering a vast variety of books. Facilities in the hostel are pretty acceptable. The food available in the mess and canteen is good or acceptable. There is a good sports facility with large grounds.
Faculty: The teachers are superb here. They are very helpful and highly qualified. They have vast knowledge of the subjects. The teaching quality is appreciable. This course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are quite difficult, and one has to study the whole year to achieve a good score. The pass percentage is more than 85 percent.
Other: I had my interest in the medical field, so I decided to pursue this course. The best thing about the course is its practical knowledge, like preparing medicine with drugs in our college lab. Events and fests are not very frequent here. Scholarships are mostly for lower-category students. The college provides a good platform for extracurricular activities, like recently a team was prepared for volleyball in nodals and qualified for inter-university games.

Our college is like a heaven to us.
Placements: In our course, a significant number of students were placed. Approximately 70 percent of students were placed through this course. The highest package ranges from 5 LPA to 14 LPA, while the lowest ranges from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. Companies such as Away, MB, and new-generation companies are in demand. Medicine and humanities are the top roles for us.
Infrastructure: All the departments and classrooms are very good and nice. All the facilities, such as water, cleaners, air conditioners, and high-tech classrooms, are available. The infrastructure of our college is great for all. Our college campus is huge, with many game facilities to play. The hostels are also good.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and helpful. They have great ways to teach us and are knowledgeable about the course. Their nature is very good, and they are very helpful for our relevant future. The students are easily prepared to enter the industry. All the exams are held annually, and 35% marks are required to pass.
Other: I have loved this from my school time. I can easily understand the course, and it is very helpful for all. It is easy to learn for me, and our courses are very good; there is nothing I want to change in the course. It is very good. Weekly and monthly, many fests and events are held. We see the crowd on our campus. All students also receive scholarships.

Review of Adina Institute of Pharmaceutical Science.
Placements: Students can apply for paid/unpaid internships right from the first year. The training and placement cell of the institute provides career guidance for industrial career, higher studies, and gpat/GMAT/gre guidance. They conduct various campus drive and off-campus placements. Entrepreneurship development cell organises guest lectures from entrepreneur alumni and workshops to promote creative thinking. Alkem, alembic pharma. DYPIPSR is well known for its placement terms. Various companies from all across the country hire students from the college. Also, college helps students to encourage students to build a strong resume by educating students about different internships online as well as offline. Companies like Cipla, gsk, Covance, TATA, Pirmal, Alembic, Aurobindo, Sandoz, etc. Recruit students from college, giving the major roles to the Regulatory Affair Dept., etc.
Infrastructure: We host an annual festival in January and February. And also celebrates hepatitis day and pharmacy day. Most important, we celebrates a week as a pharmacy week. Sports day 2-3 days In that, we play volleyball, kabaddi, etc. ANTARNG is the platform where students can show their skills and qualities, like acting and dancing. All syllabus-related books and reference books are available in our college, e.g., CVS Subramanyam for chemistry, KD Tripathi for ecology, and journals, especially most of the material is related to pharmacy and Current Affairs. Amenities in the classroom are all basic things like chalk and benches. Projectors and computers for teachers. Social groups: our college had an account on Facebook and also on Instagram, where our NSS unit is very active and always takes part in all activities.
Faculty: I chose this course because I am always fond of medicine. And this is a very noble professions. We have the best, helpful, and well-experienced faculty with Ph.D. All faculty members have done their Ph.D. studies in their respective subjects. Most importantly, in this pandemic, they are very helpful to us. Provide us all ppts and pdf. Our college has one ERP portal through which they provide us our notes. A little bit difficult to study from that but they try their best for us. Exam: 2 sessional and 1 university exam in each semester.
Other: The faculty of the college is around 240000, which is a little bit high as compared to other colleges, but in terms of academics and other things like placement; other activities like industrial visits, etc., are there good things about my college? If you are a Maharashtra student, then you get a scholarship by MAHA debt form.
