Excellent performance by experienced faculty and a good environment on the college premises.
Placements: Nearly 90% of students got placed in placements in my course. The highest package is 9 LPA from Byjus and 3 LPA from ILM. RAK Ceramics is the top recruiting company for my course. Nearly 70% of students got internships from various companies like Infosys, Indian Overseas Bank, and Flipkart. Management trainee is the top role in my course.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided by the college for my course, like a library, spacious classrooms, a computer lab, a group discussion room, etc. The hostel provides many facilities like washing machines, purified water, hot water, and the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
Faculty: The lecturers in my department are very knowledgeable about academics and friendly toward students. The teaching quality is excellent. They train the students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are held once a week and they are somewhat difficult, but the faculty prepares the students well to face them. The pass percentage is 45%.
Other: The main reason to join this course is the interest in accounting and finance. Prayan is the biggest annual festival held in March, and extracurricular activities such as cricket and mind games like chess are held once a week.

The Greatness of Aditya College.
Placements: Mostly above 70% students were placed in my course. We got recruiters from Accenture, Wipro, TFS and cognizant many more. I think the highest package is 15 LPA where as the lowest is 2.50 LPA. Students with more than 60% are placed in internships in Accenture. Many are related to technical like C+, Java and oracle and few are non technical roles.
Infrastructure: The facility is more like congested and there is some greenary as well and I heard from my friends who stayed in hostel that the food, facilities and maintenance is good and clean. The college has labs for all the subjects and there is big library which will add more knowledge to the students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is good. Cources are circullam related and it makes the students to lean6more efficiently. There are 6 semester and they will be held in other colleges. The password percentage is 70%. .
Other: I choose this course as I heard from previous years students that this college has good teaching staff. I don't think they don't need to change anything to impovem
