Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) conducts Class 12 examination of Andhra Pradesh Board every year in the month of March.

Andhra Pradesh Board or AP Board has been conducting the AP Intermediate exams since 1978. Earlier, only one examination was conducted for both years at the end of the second year. It was later changed to the current pattern of examination for both classes 11 and 12.

Over 2,431 colleges in Andhra Pradesh are affiliated to BIEAP for General courses; while 506 colleges across the state are affiliated to the board for Vocational courses.

Board exam to be conducted twice a year, says MOE

The Ministry of Education (MoE) has announced that it will conduct Board exams twice a year from the session 2024 and students will be allowed to retain the best score. The New curriculum framework as per the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) is ready and textbooks will be developed for the 2024 academic session. It said that students of Class 11 and 12 need to study two languages, and at least one of them must be an Indian language. As per the updated curriculum framework, the choice of subjects in classes 11 and 12 will not be restricted to streams such as arts, science, and commerce to give students flexibility to choose.

BIEAP, however, is yet to release any official notification on this. Thus, AP board exams twice a year from 2024 is not confirmed yet. Check this page regularly to stay updated.

AP Intermediate exam Time Table 2025

The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh is expected to release the BIEAP time table 2025 in December 2024. Students will be able to download the BIEAP time table 2025 in PDF format. The AP Inter Time Table 2025 will be released on the official website of the state board. Students are advised to plan their preparation for AP Inter exam 2025 as per the Intermediate 2nd year exam time table 2025. Last year, the board released the Intermediate BIEAP time table on December 14, 2023. Steps to download AP Intermediate Exam Time Table 2025 is given below.

• On the home page click on the link available for  Time Table for First and Second Year Intermediate Public examination'
• Click on the relevant AP Intermediate Time Table 2025 link
• A PDF file will appear on the screen
• Download the AP Inter Exam Time Table 2025 and start your preparations accordingly

AP Class 12 exams take place for a total of 3 hours, as per the AP 12th Exam Pattern. Students must check the AP 12th Exam Pattern 2025 and start their preparations as early as possible. This helps students to know the marking scheme, distribution of marks, etc.

BIEAP will release the BIEAP Inter Hall Tickets 2025 in February 2025. The AP Inter 2025 Admit Card for theory exams will be released on the official website of the state board at college login. The official notice mentions that AP Inter hall tickets can be downloaded by schools using their respective Jnanabhumi college logins. Students will not be allowed to write the AP Inter exam without the AP Admit card 2025.

Students are recommended to follow the BIEAP preparation tips to score high marks in the exam. They should follow a proper time table. After learning the topics in the prescribed syllabus, they should practice previous year question papers. This helps them to be familiar with the type of the questions asked in the AP Intermediate exam. It will also help them to enhance the speed and accuracy. AP Inter Exam 2025 Instructions

Following are the instructions released by BIEAP in the AP Inter Exam Instructions pdf:

• Students are required to check all the details mentioned on their BIEAP Hall Ticket 2025 carefully. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate is advised to contact their respective college.
• Students are recommended to reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the exam and take their seat 15 minutes before examination. No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 9 AM.
• Without BIEAP Hall Ticket 2025, no student will be allowed to appear AP Inter Exam 2025
• Candidates should go through the instructions printed on their answer sheet and fill in the required details carefully.
• Tampering of the answer sheet will be considered as malpractice and the exam of the such candidate will be cancelled.
• Strict silence should be maintained in the exam hall.
• Student must make sure to get correct question paper from the invigilator. Failure to this will not give any consession to him/her later.
• Only 24 page stitched answersheet will be provided to the students. Additional sheet will not be provided to the candidate.
• Mobile phone, paper, any kind of written material, electronics, calculators are not allowed in the exam hall.
• Students have to appear for the examination in their respective allotted exam centre.

AP Inter Exam 2025 Instructions for Recounting, Reverification

Candidates who are unsatisfied with their AP Inter Result 2025 can apply for recounting by paying INR 100 per examination. For recounting, the candidates can log on to the official website and apply for the same by paying the fees. The candidates must note that once the fee is paid, no refund will be possible. The Andhra Pradesh releases AP 12th Syllabus on its official website. Students must go through the entire AP 12th syllabus and prepare for the examinations accordingly. The AP 12th Syllabus 2025 would mention all the important topics the students need to cover to ace the examinations. Learning as per the syllabus of AP 12th will help students to score better marks.

The Andhra Pradesh Board will publish the AP Inter Result 2025 in April 2025.
