May 12, 2023: A guest lecture on "Logistics - Export Import Policies in India" was organised by Amity Chennai. Our students heard from Shivakumar, general manager of Aapt Logistics / Trading. The importance of logistics management in India was stressed by him. He also went through the ideas behind order processing, Transportation, warehousing, material handling, and packaging are all related to inventory control. He made insights into the function of logistics in manufacturing, customer service, and procurement.

Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE) is an Indian agricultural machinery manufacturer based in Chennai, India. TAFE is the third-largest tractor manufacturer in the world and the second-largest in India by volume. The industrial authority who guided the students throughout the trip showed them through the factory and explained the various machines which perform the assembling and finishing of the products with the help of automation, streamlining and modern technologies. The session was informative and enlightening as well as it gave the students exposure to the industrial environment and culture.

May 8, 2023: MBA II Semester A Section Students participated in a classroom activity called "News Paper Analysis" led by Amity Chennai. The purpose of the exercise is to increase the student's awareness of events in the business world, their understanding of market circumstances, and their general economic current trends that are widely used. Articles from the fields of marketing, finance, and domain trading. Several examples include the failure of Silicon Valley Bank and the Five-lifetime free, credit card with no annual fees of IDFC, Reliance pitching in with more FMCG products, water becoming an FMCG product- the organized and the unorganized market, Amul’s foray into product expansion keeping its core product, the current economic trends, HR and Customer trends 2023, how customers have changed their needs, perception, outlook, and behaviour were discussed

The college infrastructure isn't very impressive but when you see the classrooms, they are pretty okay. Campus is fully air conditioned and wifi enabled (slow speed though). Library is impressively managed. The teachers have professional skills and knowledge. Canteen is small but has good stuff. The college administration is very supportive. Formal dress code is prescribed. 100% placements with 4 LPA.

The college campus is very small. There is no car parking. Two wheeler parking is available. Classrooms are well maintained and air conditioned but small. Canteen is small but has good food. Teachers are professionals in their areas of teaching. Campus placements are 100% and the average salary package goes up to 4 LPA.

College placements are 100% (all thanks to the brand name ). The college campus is very small. Classrooms are very small. Air-conditioned classrooms. Modern teaching methodology is being adopted in Amity. Fees must include laptops which they have stopped providing.

The college location is just perfect. The campus is really very small. All classes are air-conditioned and properly ventilated. The campus is well maintained and kept clean. Wifi facility and a library adds to the plus points. The canteen is good. Teachers are well qualified and experienced. Placements are 100%. It also have lift facility.

AMITY has a very strong brand name. AGBS Chennai campus is very small and has no playground and no car parking area. The College classrooms are fully air-conditioned and have cameras and projectors. The College is maintained properly. It has lift facility and a small library. The Canteen is good. Placements are 100%
