Shyam Lal is a college of Delhi university but it does not live up to the standards of DU.The faculty is way below standard over there.Most of the teachers have poor communication skills and are not even clear about the concepts of their own subjects. When I did my graduation back in 2011,the infrastructure was very poor but now I have heard that they have done some improvements.The crowd of that place is such that you wont feel like staying there at all and that's the reason I took my classes f...
