Review of Amity University, Noida.

Placements: Companies visit the campus for placements. It all depends on the students' performance. One thing is there that the media channels or organisations don't visit the campus for placements. Mostly event and marketing companies visit the campus. Moreover, the salary package offered is really poor. The highest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month.

I am dissatisfied with Amity School of Communication.

Placements: The placement drive has a very low profile, and barely the proper organisations or companies other than startups come for placements. There were batches when no substantial companies came for placements, and none of the students was placed. Startups like The Fourth Voice, Sports Maidan have asked for interviews to be held. No companies came to the campus, students are notified through Whatsapp by the class representatives that X company is hiring.

Good infrastructure doesn't always ensure the quality education.

Placements: Only 8-9 people get placed through the college out of a batch of 400 people. The information isn't distributed properly, so many opportunities are missed. Amity doesn't have anything else to offer other than its infrastructure, which is also limited in terms of space, time and quality.

Life in a nutshell at Amity University.

Placements: Placements in the field of mass communication are already fewer because it is not the biggest industry in comparison to engineering. Fewer companies came to amity with no extraordinary package or reputed company. There were just small companies offering peanuts to the 2nd highest expensive college of mass communication in South-East Asia.

I would like to say Amity University is a wonderful place to enjoy as well as to study but you cant think for a placement to be served, They just provide some assistance for placement like internship but no guarantee also, if anybody says amity provide placement that is just a marketing tool. The campus is so attractive that anybody would like to study in this college -Cafeteria block(H) is a hub of food brands like Dominoes, Subways. -Bowling alley is in progress. - A swimming pool, Shooting a...

Our college has potential to be good but falls short in some areas.

Placements: Placements are usually in the hands of students. Many students get placed in companies that they interned for. These placements could be indirectly credited to the colleges as it provides internships. However, most of the students find jobs by themselves.

Had a quality life in terms of friends however dissatisfied with teaching in a whole.

Placements: I wanted to pursue higher studies, therefore didn't sit for placements at my university. The other internships I underwent during my time for Bachelors were all self attained. There is partiality amongst colleges at times due to which all the students arent given the information ag the same time. However, my mentor remained unbaised and sent internship links to everybody quite often. I even benefited from one and got an opportunity to intern in an international level event as a manager.
