Absolutely satisfied with the college faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The placement percentage is not 100% but one can say its satisfactory. Campus placements are provided. Famous production houses, news companies and advertising agencies recruit students from the campus. There might be that some students are not getting their desired package, but it's all a part of the process.

It provides good placements but the fee structure is high.

Placements: Around 35% of students are placed in our class section. Amazon and Flipkart are the top recruiting companies. Graphic designer, animation photography, marketing services, and journalism content writing are everything students can choose according to their interests. There are no placements provided for our summer internships, students have to do it on their own, they have to perform any task which is very compulsory for students which they feel many difficulties sometimes.

Review of Amity School of Communication.

Placements: Around 80% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered was 2 LPA. Around 60% of students got internships. Top roles offered by our college. They support students in every possible manner, and guide them towards their future.

Amity is famous and the best college.

Placements: The placement rate of our batch is higher than others. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA only. There are enough requirements for journalism. The course is good. Amity is the best for this course. In journalism, one can get the best package.

Amity University is the best.

Placements: Placements of our college are the best. I got many job opportunities in different companies like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. I have been getting many movie direction contracts too. It is the best college.

The infrastructure and teachers are good, but I'm dissatisfied with the placement opportunities.

Placements: Placements were very poor in our college. The value of the fee paid was not worth it. Students got internships and jobs but did not get good salary packages. As we were actually freshers, we were offered salary packages of around 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA, even for the masters course. I am not satisfied with the placements provided by our college. COVID-19 pandemic also affected jobs.

I suggest you choose Amity for exposure, comfort & improve your ability but don't expect placements.

Placements: I had high expectations for placements when I joined Amity, but very soon, I realised that it is not as I expected. Very few jobs and internships are provided even at the master's level. Even internships which are provided are rather unpaid, or the ones with a minimum stipend.

There are great facilities and good faculty members here.

Placements: Roles offered in our course are a media reporter, radio jockey, filmmaker, editor, journalist and marketing manager. Many students who enrolled in our college also got scholarships and went abroad to study. Our college even provided study abroad programs for students who want to go abroad for higher education.

Review of Amity School of Communication.

Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Mostly companies visit our campus for placements were startups. Few well-known companies visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like an assistant or associate manager, are offered to the students.

I am satisfied with the college because of good faculty members.

Placements: Our college took very less initiative towards placements. No top companies were invited for placements. The average salary offered was ranging between Rs. 15,000 per month - Rs. 30,000 per month. Most people were taken on probation. Junior journalist, client servicing, social media editor, etc., were some job roles offered.

I had a great experience and great learning.

Placements: Our college offers placements to approximately 70-75% of the students with an average salary package of around 4 LPA. Many media companies like News 18, Aaj Tak, etc., visit our college for placements. Many radio stations provide us with placements and internships as well. I think if students are willing to work hard, they will get enough options from our college.

Good infrastructure and curriculum, but below average faculty.

Placements: I do not have credible information right now, but the placements in the college are fine. NDTV and BBC are the best recruiters that come here. Internships are also provided by the college. I do not have the information about the highest, the lowest or average salary packages offered by the companies.

Satisfied by the resources but dissatisfied due to batch size.

Placements: Placement scenario is not so great as the students don't work hard enough despite of the abundant resources available to them. However, students who were highly active and had practical exposure got placed in good companies. The negative aspect of this is that not a lot of companies are willing to come for placements as majority of the students are not active. The placement scenario of the Masters batch for the same course is much better.

The college life is really good but not really liked the attendance issue in the institute.

Placements: The placement percentage was good. Companies like HTC, Communication, Nasscom etc. came for the internship programme. The highest score of my batch student was 9.8 CGPA. The students were offered roles like as an intern and also as a marketing team member. There were also some of the job offers from several radio stations in India.

Reality that gave me a new perspective.

Placements: The placements were good by the elite companies. Companies such as Perfect Relations, NDTV, IPAF, Viacom, Google, Amazon etc. were here. The highest package was 8,00,000 which was offered to the students. The roles offered to students were in the field of client servicing, public relation advisor, agent, advertising agent, creative team, event planner, event organizer, budget planner etc. The students were given chances to explore their interest in their internship only so that they can make a v...

Good facilities and the practical knowledge.

Placements: The Amity provides 100% placement opportunities. The criteria are the students should get 6 CGPA above and get placements in the end semester. Best media companies come to the university, and the salary slab is starting from 10K to 25k which is satisfying for a starter in the field.

The honest review by a honest student.

Placements: I haven't heard much about the placements. Though there is a lot of talent at ASCO, I have heard of few students getting placed in corporate media houses and advertising firms. Few, on the other hand, opened their own studios. About 25% of the students get placed at Amity.

My Review - Amity School of Communication.

Placements: The placements at Amity are generally good. Since the mass communication at Amity is renowned and the college is closest to most of the media houses, Amity gets great placement and internships calls. Companies like Aajtak, TV18, Madison, NDTV, etc. come here for placements offering jobs in various departments such as newsdesk, advertising, content writing, events, etc. The internship opportunities are offered to almost all the students, and more than 50% of the students opt for the same. Great infrastructure and less studies.

Placements: The placement of our college has been decreasing ever since, with startups coming and providing packages of max 10k which are quite less for a Bachelors degree or Masters degree holder. JWT, Madison, O&M have stopped coming here at all. We can’t rely on the campus placements.
