Distance learning is a superior form of education.

Placements: 80% of students get work from home from Amity University online. You will get professional skills development from the university. The highest package is INR 9 LPA. You will learn many things through the amity portals. 80% of students got internships at top companies like TATA, ANZ, etc.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel or campus life because it is an online degree you will learn from home. And this is one of the disadvantages of online learning because you do not get real-life experience. But there is an advantage to online learning: you won't have to go to college every day.

Faculty: The top well-qualified teachers will teach you at Amity University Online. The faculty is good and understanding; if you have any doubts, you can simply mail the teacher, and he or she will solve the doubt. The exams are held online, and it is very difficult. A minimum of 35% will be required to pass.

Other: I have chosen Amity University Online because it provides online learning. So I can also continue my offline degree.

There is great scope in online course at Amity.

Placements: The scope and growth of online courses at Amity for placements are huge. A lot of companies participate in Amity's online job fair. Some of the best companies during my time were TCS, IBM, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, Hewlett-Packard, etc.

Infrastructure: The college has adequate infrastructure to facilitate smooth online learning as well. I never faced connectivity issues during the classes. In fact, study material support was excellent too. We could either get them by post or get them digitally too.

Faculty: My journey at Amity has been really impactful and engaging. Since everything was online, everybody was working via Zoom call, Skype, etc. to connect with professors, fellow batchmates, counselors, friends, etc. It really helped to solve my slightest doubts.

A short review of Amity university online course.

Placements: Companies like HCL, TCS, Infosys India, etc. visited our college last year, and the college is average in terms of placement—not that good or not that bad—quite average. College life is good at university, but if you are looking for an online course, then I think it doesn't matter how college life is; what matters is how well you're placed.

Infrastructure: The college campus is very large; there are canteens, sports clubs, lawns, an amphitheater and an auditorium. Hostel conditions are good, the Wi-Fi facility is average and everything is good in terms of infrastructure. The college campus is very clean and well maintained; you will love it.

Faculty: College staff and faculty members are supportive in nature. Some of them are not that supportive; they are rude but overall, many of them are supportive. You will get all types of support from the college and staff. The curriculum is not that strict; exams are conducted regularly semester-wise.

Our campus life is great.

Placements: Students were eligible for campus placements from the 4th trimester. Around 150 companies visited our campus for recruitment. The placement committee was average. The highest salary package offered was 26.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 12.3 LPA. Almost 100% of students got placed in this course.

Infrastructure: Separate hostels were available for both boys and girls. Everything was good in this college. There was a huge playground for sports like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, etc. Various sports events were conducted in this college.

Faculty: The ratio between faculty members and students was 1:10. More than 90% of faculty members were Ph.D. scholars. The teaching methodology consisted of a case-study approach, presentations, class participation, industrial visit, live projects, simulation, etc. The term examinations followed a trimester-system approach. Semester exams were difficult.

Other: Annual fests and events were conducted. You will also get a chance to other college fests in various co-curricular activities. Various clubs were available such as IT club, finance club, marketing club, etc. Various quizzes and activities were organised in this college. The MBA program was good for the industry. It also followed a systematic approach to the MBA course curriculum. The location in the financial capital provided multiple career opportunities to the students.

I am very satisfied with this college.

Placements: The course is for 3 years. Many students are already working somewhere. After graduation, they usually get a better job with a decent salary package. Some students even decide to continue with the online MBA program after their bachelor's degree.

Infrastructure: There is no physical campus. You can opt for physical classes for better understanding by paying some extra fees for each subject. The online portal is very good. Everything is better. They send books home.

Faculty: There are recorded lectures for every topic. You can get ample time to complete your assignments. It is not a burden of studies anymore and you can study at your convenience. Semester exams are conducted online, and they are AI - Proctored. There is no chance of deception.

Being an Amitian is an honor.

Placements: The highest and lowest packages in our course is 2.5–6 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Amazon, IBM, etc. About 70% of students get internships from BCA and MNCs like Amazon, TCS, etc. The roles offered in our course are front- and back-end development, system software, etc.

Infrastructure: You will find everything in campus, like coffee shop, WIFI, hostel, library, access to labs, etc. Food, medical facilities, sports—all the facilities are available and are top-notch; you will think it's not a college campus but a 3-star inn.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified; most of them have Ph.D.s, and they are very knowledgeable in their respected fields and subjects. Their are seminars where they teach and train your mind to be ready for the industry. The semesters are not very difficult but not too easy either. The passing percentage is 40%.

You can surely pursue LLB after your online degree of B.Com but you cannot pursue online or distance mode of LLB. You can only do offline or traditional method of studies for LLB.
