Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham To Conduct a MBA Entrance Test

September 7, 2022: For admission to the MBA programmes provided at the Amrita School of Business in Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Kochi, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will administer the Amrita MBA Entrance Test at the national level. AMET will be administered in computer-based test (CBT) mode in more than 40 cities across the nation.

Any qualified applicant who wishes to enrol in the Amrita MBA programme may do so through AMET and even qualify for 100% scholarships. AMET will be held in the first week of March 2023 (probable).

  • Duration : 150 minutes
  • Questions : 100
  • Marks : 3 marks for correct answer & -1 mark for wrong answer.

AMET is divided into four sections:

  • Verbal Reasoning & Language Comprehension [25 questions]
  • Data Interpretation & Analysis [25 questions]
  • General Knowledge on Indian & Global Scenarios [25 questions]
  • Quantitative Aptitude [25 questions]

The college provides the finest faculty.

Placements: The college has a dedicated placement cell, and a lot of reputed companies offer placements every year. This year, the highest salary package offered was 9.44 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Over 100 companies visited the campus for placements. Roles in marketing, HR, analytics, finance and operations were offered.

A value for money destination for your MBA dreams.

Placements: For the last two academic sessions ASB acquired 100% placements. Around 140 companies visit the campus every year. The average CTC offered in ASB is 6 lacs. Companies like Asian paints, Amazon, State street and Honeywell etc. Comes for recruitment. ASB have a well versed placement team which is headquartered at Coimbatore campus to look after the placements.

Satisfied about the college faculty and the placements are good every year. Good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements for our senior batch is good. Nearly, 60% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was 16 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary offered was 6 lakhs per annum. The companies are like Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Nearly, 50% of them got the internship from the college.

Amrita School of Business Kochi - A wonderful journey to become an MBA professional.

Placements: Happy to say that ASB Kochi got very good placements. There were 100% placements for my senior batch, i.e. 2015-17 batch. Also, I got placed now with a CTC of 6lakh per annum. One major advantage of Amritas placement policy is that they offer dream company option for students so unlike other premium B schools which provides only one offer. Amrita Business School, Kochi is a cost effective institution where you are sure to reap in more benefits for the money invested. The college has array of top faculties who hold numerous accolades to their names and has ideal amount of industry exposure and high knowledgeable skill set. Over all it is a good budget institution where you have more chances of getting a high rate of returns. Ideal place for studying marketing.
