I am satisfied with Ahmedabad University as we can choose the time table on our own.

Placements: Placements are conducted by the career development centre (CDC) of Ahmedabad University. It provides placements by knowing your interests, comforts and choice.

I will recommend this college to those who are willing to handle pressure and are interested.

Placements: Students willing to get placements are given special training by the career development centre at the university. Good companies are invited for placements. This year, E&Y is going to come to hire students for a financial analyst position. Internships are provided in the first year to have better placements in the passing year. The average salary package offered is 2.50 lacs per annum.

Faculty members are the best and knowledgeable.

Placements: Placements in our college are average because a few students decide to do the job after B.Com. Companies like E&Y, etc., visit our campus and offer the role of a business analyst. Almost 10% of the students applied for placements. Internships are available at our college, but there is no stipend.

One of the best colleges in Ahmedabad.

Placements: The placements at AMSOM are managed by the Career Development Cell, also known as CDC. With a growing average placement with every passing year, AMSOM, along with its students, has proved its metal. With top names in the industry like MRF and Asian Paints coming to the campus for placements, AMSOM is surely the place to kickstart one's management career. The average placement package is about 4 Lacs/annum, and the highest package that has been offered is 6 Lacs/annum.

Worth of money as compared to the other colleges.

Placements: Placement s are up to the expectations for this time many companies like itc nestle, mrf, envoys, berger paints, reliance retail etc. Are the companies who participated in a recruitment process. This time placement is much higher as compared to the senior batch. Because a proper CDC team is handling the placements this time.

A well-known institute with good placements.

Placements: The placements were at a great ratio. Good companies come for the placements, for example, Axis Bank, Havells, HDFC Bank, Crompton etc. The interview section was really good but also tough with reputed organisations. The starting salary package for the average student is also Rs. 25,000 per month. The maximum goes more than 5 LPA.

Amrut Mody School of Management is a good B-School with all the amenities.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, but only for the sales profiles. Mostly many companies visit the college every year to recruit students, and you can easily get a job in the college. Also, groups like ICICI visit this campus, and the other well-known companies also visit here. All the admissions here are taken on the basis of GCET.

One of the leading colleges in Ahmedabad but not all over Gujarat.

Placements: Placement was very poor. internship was also not offered. There was also no internship offered at the UG level. Thus there was no stipend offered. Internship could be done externally. very few companies like Cadila and some other Pharmacutical companies had visited the campus. Low percentage of students were placed.

Actually, they do provide global education at a local cost, context and ethos.

Placements: Placements at Amrut Mody School of Management are good as far as sales and marketing profiles are concerned. Those who would not want to get in the hassles of going out of their comfort zones and are willing to have some desktop work at a higher pay scale, then those particulars have a very little hope as only a few typical profiles like that of a data analyst or say a financial analyst are available. For now, some good companies have started visiting the campus and so the hopes are high for the...

Really good infrastructure and teaching pedagogy.

Placements: The last year's average placement package was around Rs. 4.5 LPA. Some well-established companies like Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Evosys Global, Indusa, ITC, Kotak Life Insurance, etc. visited the campus. The students were hired more for the profiles of sales and marketing. However, the placements for HR and finance profiles can be improved. Apart from that, the college has a summer internship program mandatory as a part of the MBA program for which the students need to appear for a 2-month intern...

A really good infrastructure, good environment to learn, and faculty support is good

Placements: Almost everyone got placements except debarred students. The average package is around 3.5-4 lakh per year. Mostly sales executive or marketing executive roles are offered. I just faced our senior students' placement. Almost every student in college gets an internship and the college also supports to get the internship.

Decent college. Not worth the money spent except for some good placements.

Placements: The institute indulges into a good placement process where it has a dedicated cell working for the career development of the students. The cell ensures that the students are offered the best possible opportunities in the industry. But, since the college is not a very well known one, it manages to offer some decent placements in the industry. The average package offered to the students is usually 3.5 lacs. Though the package offered is not very lucrative, the companies that visit the campus are s...

Really good faculty, great infrastructure, and good placements.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. Seniors got placement in companies like Asian paints, EXL Service, etc. There is also campus placement for internships as well. The students went to Birla Sun Life, RBI, Trident, Angel Broking, Arvind Mills, and Kotak Asset Management for internships.

A good management school in Gujarat with a good crowd and basic infrastructure.

Placements: AMSOM has a dedicated placement cell and one of faculty members act as a coordinator with the placement faculty to add value and supervise the process. Hence, the quality of placement has been improving. Summer Internship: At our time there were many companies who participated in the summer internship program and offered SIP for 1.5 to 2 months. Most of them are from marketing line and then HR and finance come at the same level. Half of the students have their own settlement or jack for the comp...

I am missing those days in the college.

Placements: The study in AMSoM is like an explainable memory for us. Our batch has got 100% placements with an average package of 3.5 lacs PA. It is very good as compared to our previous batch and competitor colleges. Our institute is the first in being an AAA-ranked institute in Gujarat.

The faculty members in this college are nice as practical knowledge over bookish knowledge is preferred and guidance is provided whenever needed. The infrastructure here is also very nice and modern . The location is also very nice and it is located near IIM-A & L. D. College. The classrooms here are plenty and are available at any time for discussions.

Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common but students try and stay as up-to-date as possible in subjects such as Finance and Economics where you won't know when your knowledge is put to test. Students are not given any h...

Wi-Fi campus with unlimited Internet access with good speed. Cultural and extracurricular activities are held throughout year. Scholarship/Loan ...

The locality is very good, situated opposite to IIM, Ahmedabad. Good placements, best faculties, good courses and best of all the resources. Classes, lab, Wi-Fi and study materials are very good. In my opinion this is the best college in the area with good and affordable fees. Scholarship and book bank available. Courses for corporate world are also available.
