Overall, Vartak College of Vasai is a good choice for students.
Placements: I'm in my last year of graduation. In mid-college, various companies visited our college and selected students based on their qualifications, but a few of them have not responded yet. It provides placements. I'm graduating with BSc zoology and I will complete it by 2025.
Infrastructure: I'm in my last year of graduation in Zoology from this college, and the last 2 years have been a really good experience for me. There is proper infrastructure and all the required materials for our practicals in the practical lab. Availability of Wi-Fi is also there.
Faculty: Professors for both theory and practicals are good. It makes students industry-ready, as I have talked to my seniors who are part of this college. Exam pattern has changed, and from this year, NEP is applied. In the last 2 years, the maximum marks were 100, and the passing percentage was 35%. This year, the maximum marks are 75, with 25 for internals, and they have a specific passing percentage.

    Vartak College review in short.
Placements: Courses like BSc IT and Computer Science have placement opportunities. Mostly in my course, students go for master's degrees. If you're a student from a CS/IT background, you will get placement if your academics are good and you have a good skill set. Mostly, service-based companies are there for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Not much area for sports, but we have a seminar hall that is really good; it's big and has AC. There is no such hostel facility, but the college is really close to the Vasai railway station. The classrooms are average. The computer lab is good.
Faculty: It's followed by Mumbai University, so it's fine, but there should be improvement. Exams are semester-wise. The teaching staff is really good; they help students with their doubts. We can text our class teachers if we have doubts, and they do respond to it. The passing percentage depends on you; if you study, you will pass.
