No. Since doing M.Sc has no relevance with any Doctorate degree, you cannot be addressed as "Doctor". In India, only a person who has completed any doctoral academic, is given the Salutation of a "Doctor" when awarded with a PhD.

Hey Supriya, You said you have completed 12th. So, you need to get bachelor. After that, you can can do Masters. Or an another way is to find that college offering integrated MSc courses with respect to your dream subject.
