Placements: There are no placement opportunities in software companies. Most of the companies that came for placement were start-ups. The companies with a maximum package of 3.1 lakhs came for placements. Other students preferred to do post-graduation courses after course completion.
Placements: Placements are very average; our staff won't take any responsibility for students getting placed. They only motivate students who want to secure placements themselves after course completion and recommend such students for job offers.
Placements: Probably, we don’t have enough placement facilitations in our college. And there are no internship opportunities; we must approach everything by ourselves. The maximum package that students got selected in campus companies will be 3 lakhs per annum.
Placements: There are no proper placement facilities or internship opportunities. Everything can be achieved by ourselves, like approaching companies and placing in good companies. But we have an active placement group to share the job alerts regularly without any delays.
Placements: Companies like Pegatron, Wipro Elite, ICICI, Axis Bank, and most startups actively participate in the hiring process at our college. Half of the final-year students got placed during the placements. Usually, the induction of the Naan Mudhalvan program helps in developing various skills.
Placements: As there is no entrepreneurship development class or internship exposure. Mostly we were required to reach by ourselves for internships. After graduation students mostly choose to do their masters degree. Top recruiters of college will be most of start up companies. All those companies came at the same day for hiring process.
Placements: The placement percentage was actually not that great because it was a government college, and they focused more on academics rather than placement activities. However, companies like Foxconn, TVS Excel, Ashok Leyland, ICICI, Pegatron still hire students from this college every year.
Placements: As of 2023, 50% of students got placed in companies like Ashok Leyland, Lucus TVS, TATA Electronics, Wistron, Foxconn, etc. The highest package will be 4 Lacs per annum. Students are asked to join internships by themselves as they are selected for roles like system engineer, supervisors, sales manager, and so on.
Placements: This college provides enormous placement opportunities to the students. Companies like TCS, Honda, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, TVS, ICICI and so on hire students from this college every year. The average package offered by these companies will be up to 2.5–3 lacs per annum.
Placements: As it is a government arts college in Villupuram, it offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate courses in various specializations. It provides placements for a maximum number of students. The professors help the students get internships as well as jobs with the highest salary packages.
Placements: The percentage of placed students has randomly decreased compared to previous years. Even though it is a government college, the lecturers are working hard to place students in good companies that offer high packages, particularly companies from Chennai. However, this course does not provide any internships for students.
Placements: The percentage of placing students in this college was decreasing year by year. The college only offers placements from average companies. This college won't provide any top company offers. As this college doesn't provide internship opportunities for students. The placement opportunities are very lower when compared to other colleges.
Placements: There are no proper placement facilities in this college; therefore, the percentage of placing students was very low compared to other colleges. Only companies around Villupuram and low-package companies came for placements. But they tried their best for placing the students; they also need student cooperation for providing the best placements.
Placements: Although it was a government college, they are putting in their maximum effort to help students get placed. They bring in top companies as well as local bodies. They share all opportunities such as jobs and internships. Apart from that, student interest is crucial to participate in all the opportunities provided by the college.
Placements: Even though it was a government arts college, they provided enough measure for students to getting placed. It was seriously superb placement opportunities for students. They are also providing placement opportunities in nearby locations from the college side. As they try maximum placements from their sides.
Placements: In M.Phil, I am the only one student in 2019 batch. I only pay 1000 admission fees for M.Phil. There is no company for internship in my course. You just complete your degree and search for jobs as per your own interest. Some teachers guide and refer some companies.
Placements: In our college, almost 30-40% of students got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The recruiting companies are CTS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. Almost 20% of students got internships from our course in Mahindra. The top role offered in our course is a web developer.
Placements: There are no internships because it is a government college. No top roles are offered and there are no campus interviews. Any student that is good at learning in this college becomes a good student but job placements aren't offered.
Placements: The placements are average, placement starts from the final year of degree. There is no training happening for placement or something like pre-placements also doesn't occur. I'm not sure about the company as I'm still in second year. Have no clue about the package as well.
