100% placement scam. If you want to know the truth, listen to me.
Placements: SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! For the students out there who are looking for a genuine review rather than all the fake reviews by the college placement wing, Listen up: I studied mechanical engineering there. So, like you guys, I also imagine getting placed in an automobile or manufacturing company. So the first thing I looked forward to was my placement training. Surprise! You don't have one here! We only had one short seminar by a placement officer, and the guy told us, "BRING A COLOR COPY FOR THE INTERVIEW." Now, I'm not joking here. That is based on a true story. Ok, fine. We will prepare it ourselves. Now, what do you need? Next. A company to interview you. Imagine if no company came to your college for an interview. How does it feel? Don't worry. For us, we are lucky to get an interview from one company in our whole B. Teach life. Viola ! We got the job, and guess what? We got the highest package Ahalia has ever offered. INR 10,000 per month, food expenses, and accommodation for a 3-year bond If you are someone who doesn't need placements but just wants to enjoy the "Harithapavum pachappum" and sit and watch Windmill all day long, I recommend you join Ahalia. Now you will be wondering about the posters and 100% placement. The biggest scam is here! 2 or 3 students here will get placed in IT companies outside campus for low-package roles. Some just get selected in a test, and these people will put up posters. They won't even have the offer letter. Check out the posters; they won't show CTC. And their 100% means all the students passed, and most of the students failed here. They are not included. And for the rest of them, some blame the company, as I told you earlier, or they will take them as employees for ahalia into various other sectors (not engineering), so they get employees for low wages and 100% placement is done. They have even put up posters of students from other coaching institutions who got placed. If you are someone who thinks you can get an internship or job outside of college, good luck. It doesn't happen that way. No core company will even give you an interview opportunity. They will only hire interns from Tier 1 institutions.
Infrastructure: They have proper hostel facilities and all. All buildings are kept neat to attract students. Because that's the best they can do. If they spend half the amount of renovation on their infrastructure, hiring better placement offices, and all, they could at least achieve something.
Faculty: There are the best as well as the worst faculty everywhere. So teaching is 50:50. It's the same as anywhere else. Exams and everything depends on the university more. It doesn't make you industry-ready for anything. Just a degree, that's all. There is no practical knowledge that you can apply to a job.
Other: There will be fests and celebrations if the students are good enough. Culture and everything are like every other engineering college.

I'm satisfied with facilities and education provided in our college.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are very good for electronics and computer science engineering. The recruiting companies are Infosys and Suyati for computer science engineering. Maximum students got placed in different firms in India and abroad. Some students got placed in IBM.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and ambiance of our college are good with an eco-friendly campus. Traveling, security, and hospital facilities like eye hospitals, diabetes hospitals, MLT facilities, etc., are available. Bus and car services are provided on time.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and well-educated with Ph.D. There are 60 staff members including HODs, professors, assistant professors, and lab assistants with 42 theory papers and 10 lab classes. Students have to achieve 100 activity points to complete the course.
Other: I chose this course because it is useful and beneficial for the future. It is a good and valuable university.

Campus is good with average placements.
Placements: In my batch, only 5 out of 50 students got placed. The highest package offered was 5 LPA. Many students are looking for off-campus placements. Companies like UST Global, Speridian Technologies, 6D Technologies, Iwave, Innovate, and Mitsogo came to our college for a pool drive. The pass percentage is good, but the placement percentage is low.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college is good. The labs, classrooms, hostel, toilets, canteen, and library are well maintained. Wi-Fi is provided in the lab, but not for personal use. The food in the hostel is average. There is a hospital nearby that is maintained by the same authorities. The college has a green environment, and the ambience is really good. Sports are encouraged, especially football and cricket.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and very helpful. They always support us and try hard for our betterment. The course curriculum is relevant and includes electives in the 6th, 7th, and 8th semesters that help prepare students for industry jobs. Semester exams are conducted by the university and are medium to difficult. To pass, one should study before the exam. The pass percentage was good in our batch.
Other: I chose this college because I am interested in Computer Science, and I knew there were more job opportunities in the IT sector. The coursework was easy to learn, and it depends on the individual's skillset. The only downside was that the dry subjects we studied in the first year could have been avoided in the curriculum. The college offers many campus events, such as techfest, arts festival, college day, and freshers day. Scholarships are not provided for CS, but they are available for other branches.

One of the biggest campus in Kerala .
Placements: About 100% of students get placed with INR 4 Lacs per annum. Placements and job opportunities are high and the college ensures the placements in the respective subjects. Along with internship they are also giving job training and personality development classes.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure available for all courses like we are having good laboratory facilities, we also have a good library here and we have two good CAD labs with AC facilities. The hostel facilities are good and the mess food is also good. They provide non vegetarian food twice a week.
Faculty: All the faculty members working here are well qualified and are helpful with good teaching quality. They ensure the completion of the portions within the time. There will be meetings with the students on a regular basis about the subject and faculty. Exams are very much upto date. Each semester will have 2 internal exams and a university exam along with lab exams.

Our college has the best campus in Kerala.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in 8 campus interviews. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, Ugam Solutions, Hexaware, etc. Around 20% of students got internships from our college in small companies. Our college placement cell is good. They always try for better placements and provide the best companies for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has a Wi-Fi facility at high speed. Our college has 6 labs and each lab has Wi-Fi, printers, and scanners. A server room is present in our college which handles all machines available in 6 labs. The library is available in our college. Our classrooms are equipped with projectors for presentation. The hostel facility is available in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. They always try to provide us with the best knowledge. Their teaching quality is good. Our course curriculum is good because it provides us with basic knowledge of industries.
Other: I opted for this course because nowadays, it is booming.

Zero campus placement though students got placed on their off campus.
Placements: Almost 80 percentage students got placed. No company placement took place inside the campus. We have a placement cell for the guidance of students which is of no use. Most students get placed in IT companies. The average package of the last batch was between 20k to 80k per month. Zero campus placement though students got placed on their off campus. And they promote themselves by having their students placed in the host institution.
Infrastructure: Few faculty members are incapacitated. Some are friendly and good to approach for studies. Hod is quite strict. His approach to teaching is different. We have got incapacitated faculty members into core subjects and best teachers into other subjects. We have transportation services at a low cost.
Faculty: It's easy to pass and hard to score at the same time. We stick to ktu University where the syllabus is substandard and very old. Supplementary exams are done in even and odd semesters. Students can choose to take minor degrees apart from the core.
Other: One-day arts and sports are done annually. Apart from that, we have a soccer league.
