Come to this college for experimental and hands-on learning.
Placements: The placements in this college are quite good. Top companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, Samsung, Mondelez, Brain, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Landor & Fitch, Tata Motors, and many others visit our campus for recruitment. The average salary package coped is around 7 LPA - 8 LPA (as a fresher).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is just amazing as the campus is situated in a business park. You won't even feel like college, you will feel like you are in the corporate world already. The whole ambiance is amazing, the business park has its own cafe 'Indulge'. There is a canteen in the college tower and you have BB instant vending machines around the campus.
Faculty: No complaints when it comes to the faculty members and curriculum. Most of the faculty members in our college are industry-related people. So you can definitely expect a whole lot of insights from the industry which can also open your doors into the industry directly through contacts if you showcase your competence.

I am satisfied with faculty members and how they managed everything online.
Placements: As being a first-year student, I don't know much about the placements of our college. However, from what I know, most of the students get good placements from our college. The scope for communication and product design is better. Students get placements in big magazines or in reputed export houses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent and very modern. Our college provides the most upgraded technology. I have never visited the campus, but our seniors told me that it is one of the best campuses they have seen. The living space is like a hotel. The accommodation is provided in high-rise buildings with all kinds of recreational services.
Faculty: The faculty members here are very understanding and helpful. They are qualified from the best universities, and they actually challenge you a lot. About 9 months have been completed since I joined here, but I think I have learned a lot. Teachers are well informed and have a modern approach.

Bachelors in Design (B.Des) - Batch of 2019

The college has great faculty members and placement cell.
Placements: We were a batch of 12 students. The placement cell at our college is very helpful and conducted career cafes where top firms like JSW Realty, Fitch and L&T amongst many others visited for hiring students. The starting salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000-35,000 per month. We were offered roles to be a part of the design team.
Infrastructure: We are located in a commercial building, one Indiabulls centre at Lower Parcel. Facilities for food, Wi-Fi and transport were great, but parking for students was an issue. There was no parking allotted to us in and around the building. Classrooms were spacious and air-conditioned.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very helpful, approachable and qualified. They extend their help even in finding internships and external mentors. They are always looking out for us when there's an opportunity. The course curriculum is derived from the Parsons New York curriculum. It has a lot of focus on the industry-academia initiative, so we were always connecting with people in the industry to broaden our knowledge and be ready to start working in the industry.
Other: I have chosen interior design due to my interest in spaces, design and aesthetics. The course helped to shape my conceptual thinking more than anything else. I look at design differently, and my approach to various things in life is sensitive to the context like in design. I wish I put in more time in perfecting and practising the technical skills during college. The college didn't have a lot of extracurricular activities, but we were always encouraged to take part in external competitions.

Bachelors in Design (B.Des) - Batch of 2023
4.4
4Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Good infrastructure, Great faculty and good placements.
Placements: In 2023, I completed my studies in communication design at ISDI. The placement process at ISDI consists of two phases, one in November and the other in March. During these phases, around 10 companies visit each week to conduct interviews and hire students for part-time or full-time positions. Additionally, ISDI organizes a career fair in April, where over 200 companies participate, allowing students to interact with them and interview for their top 5 choices. The interviews and portfolio evaluations are not rushed, with each candidate being given 10 minutes. However, it is worth noting that the majority of companies that participate are from the IT industry, particularly in UI/UX, with fewer opportunities in digital marketing agencies or start-ups. Nonetheless, ISDI covers a wide range of design roles, making it suitable for most students. The full-time placement packages offered range from 1 to 4 lacs per annum, and companies like Infotech, Mondelez, Tata TCS, and Schbangg frequently recruit from ISDI. Approximately 80% of students secure full-time placements, while some opt for further studies at the Masters level.
Infrastructure: Our college building is equipped with spacious classrooms, a well-stocked library, dedicated 3D printing zones, collaborative open areas, two fashion labs, and an extensive workshop with woodworking tools for various materials. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with projector screens and laptop wires for both Mac and Windows. Students and staff can enjoy free Wi-Fi access, and the library even offers devices like iPads or Wacom tablets for project work if needed. The campus and hostel provide well-maintained canteens and medical facilities. Although there is no in-house sports field, arrangements are made through outsourcing. However, students can relax and unwind in the lounge area. The only drawback is that the canteen lacks sufficient options for Jain and vegetarian preferences.
Faculty: The majority of the educators possess excellent qualifications, the assignments are considerate and not overwhelming, fostering our personal growth. Nevertheless, it would be beneficial if they could provide slightly more challenging tasks to push us beyond our boundaries. The curriculum remains highly pertinent and consistently adapts to the changing times. As a member of the COVID batch, our assignments and projects were meticulously adjusted to align with the world around us.
Other: The course lacks sufficient challenges for aspiring designers who seek growth, although it is well-designed and offers excellent faculty and peers.

The infrastructure of our college is good.
Placements: Students from other batches have been placed in Vogue, Elle, and many such places. The seniors have praised the placement opportunities, but no one knows what will happen in the post-covid era because everything has become online, and it is very difficult to predict the placements now.
Infrastructure: The campus is designed to suit the requirements of all the courses that the college offers. The classrooms are spacious, and the campus also is aesthetic looking. The cafeteria is a nice place to chill and hang out. But the fact that it is in a cooperate building has its own cons.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable about what they are teaching, and all of them are well qualified. They not only help you with your doubts but also make sure that you understand whatever is taught. It is nice to have such teachers who also care about your mental health and check on it from time to time.
Other: I have always been inclined towards styling, and ISDI is situated in the fashion capital of India. All the students who study here are from different corners of the county. The college organises a lot of different events, which are helpful in socializing with various individuals from the industry.
