It's always best to check with the admission office of the institution you are interested in to confirm their requirements. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on their admission criteria and whether or not CMAT is mandatory for non-Maharashtra students. In general, CMAT scores may be considered by some institutions as an alternative to MAH CET scores for non-Maharashtra students, but this may vary depending on the institution and programme you are applying to. Some categories of candidates, such as foreign nationals, children of NRI/OCI/PIO, and Indian workers in Gulf countries, may be eligible for direct admission without having to appear for the exam. Additionally, some MBA colleges in Mumbai offer direct admission without taking an entrance exam, but candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria, such as having a minimum CGPA and being in the final year of graduation. Therefore, while it may be possible to join GICED without MAH CET, it is important to research the specific admission requirements for the college and programme of interest.
