MBA course placements and faculty is very good.
Placements: The college's placement cell organizes multiple placement activities throughout the year, and the average package is between 4 and 8 LPA. The top roles offered in the course are CRM, consultant, HR, and recruiters.
Infrastructure: The campus of the college is pretty good. The infrastructure for the MBA course is good enough, and the MBA department has all the necessary facilities for the students. These facilities include Wi-Fi, labs, a library, a canteen, sports facilities, a hostel, and classrooms. All of these facilities are of good quality.
Faculty: The quality of education is very good. The faculty are highly qualified and knowledgeable, and they provide good quality teaching. The course curriculum is designed to meet current industry requirements, and the college has a pass percentage of over 90%.

My full time two year post graduation.
Placements: Most of our students got settled in a good way after graduating. Some of them were skilled entrepreneurs who started implementing their business ideas during their final year. While we have higher placements in core sectors, they typically offer average salaries between 2.5 and 3 lakhs.
Infrastructure: AVS Engineering College is located on a vast campus. The classrooms and restrooms are properly sanitized to prevent the spread of disease. The college provides good drinking water facilities, and purified water is available for those who need it. The hostel areas are properly maintained, with space allocated for drying clothes and laundry baskets.
Faculty: The teachers were very focused on their work, and they expected the same from us. Assignments had to be submitted on time, and we had to maintain proper records during practicals. If we didn't, we would fail the exams.

The opportunity for graduates in the field.
Placements: The college placement is good overall as they provide you with different opportunities, and almost every student got placed through the campus drives. College placements are very good. Almost 100% of students get placed in the branch. I think my college has tie-ups with good companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have refrigerators and purified drinking water. The library is extensive, and classrooms are well-equipped with modern technology, making for a conducive learning environment. Wi-Fi is also available in the hostel as well as in the classrooms. The campus is very clean and well-equipped. Medicines are provided when we are sick. All events are conducted.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, with many holding Ph.D. degrees. The curriculum is contemporary and application-oriented, aligning with industry demands. Students receive practical insights into real-world scenarios. Including challenging exams that cover multiple subjects in a short time. They don't pay attention to the notice board.
Other: Mechanical engineers design and operate the machinery used in industrial settings.

AVS Engineering College Review .
Placements: Around 80 to 90 percent of students get placement offers from different companies. The highest package was 10 LPA, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA, and the average package was 6 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, HCL, Yamaha, Motherson, Paragon, etc. Top roles offered are HR, Marketing Executive, Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was enough to survive the course. It has Wi-Fi facilities available on the campus. Library facilities are also available in the college. Sports events are too good for the sports lovers. Mess and canteen are sufficient for students.
Faculty: Professors are very knowledgeable and experienced. Nearly all professors are Ph.D. holders and scholars. Course curriculum is relevant to the field. College gives industry exposure to become a job for industry. Semester examination is moderate. College is affiliated with Anna University.

Performance of my college.
Placements: The highest pay offered to the students of masters in business administration was likely between 7.5 lacs and 15.7 lacs. Mostly they were placed in roles like accounting, finance and HR. But engineering students got a higher salary package than the MBA students in our college.
Infrastructure: Fests and hackathons were conducted once a year. Such events were fully organized by the students, with the little support and guidance of my staff. They ask us to conduct such events to showcase our creativity and other hidden qualities of us. Our college has well-updated social media accounts.
Faculty: We have lot of exam difficulties, like gathering reference books and preparing hints. Our teachers simply taught the syllabus; afterwards, we go through the library books and start preparing for the exams. Basically, an average set of questions were prepared by the authorities.
