Worthiness of Investment in D.Pharma at Baba Haridass College of Pharmacy and Technology

Based on the feedback from current students and alumni, here's an evaluation of whether investing in D.Pharma at Baba Haridass College of Pharmacy and Technology is worthwhile:

    Pros:
    * Good Placement Record: Almost all students (around 90%) get placed in reputed companies such as Apollo and Tata 1 MG, with an average package of INR25,000 per month.
    * Well-Qualified Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and experienced, providing good teaching quality and helping students achieve a high pass rate (almost 100%).
    * Infrastructure and Facilities: The college has good infrastructure, including spacious classrooms, a well-arranged library, and modern laboratories equipped with necessary chemicals and instruments.
    * Scholarship Options: Students can avail scholarships from the Delhi government through online portals.
    * Valuable Course Curriculum: The course curriculum is relevant and helps students prepare for the pharmaceutical industry.

    Cons:
    * Limited Campus Infrastructure: The campus may appear small, with limited recreational spaces and amenities.
    * No Canteen or Mess: The college does not have a canteen or mess, forcing students to rely on external options.

    * Food Quality Issues: Some students complained about poor food quality in the hostel mess.

In conclusion, while Baba Haridass College of Pharmacy and Technology has its strengths, such as good placement records, qualified faculty, and decent infrastructure, it also faces some limitations, like limited campus space, absence of canteens or hostels, and subpar food quality. Considering these factors, investing in D.Pharma at this institution could be a reasonable decision for those seeking a career in the pharmaceutical field, especially given the potential returns in terms of employment opportunities and salaries. However, prospective students must weigh these pros and cons carefully before making a decision.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our batch has 60 students. Almost all students will get placed in our college. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. We get placed after attempting the interview. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms are spacious. Around 60 students can stay in each classroom. The library is well-arranged. The lab has all chemicals and instruments. We have a sports ground.
Faculty: Our faculty members are well-qualified. They understand the curriculum very well. They decide the exam pattern and the timetable for the exam. Exams are not much difficult because they teach us very well. Almost every student passes exams. A few students failed exams. They never give attention to the classroom.
Other: Our class crowd is less. All students are so attentive. They give focus on study. I opted for this course because I want to open a medical shop. Our college fee is Rs. 29,550, which is not so high. We can get a scholarship on the national scholarship portal and E-district website from the Delhi government.

It is the best college, it was established in 1992 and it is approved from pci and AICTE.
Placements: There were 60 students in my class and I have completed my Diploma in pharmacy in 2022. We got a placement in Apollo and almost 35 students got placement from my college. Average package was INR 25000 and we have done internship in many nearest hospitals.
Infrastructure: We have lecture rooms, labs, library, play ground and there is a pure environment around our college. We have WIFI and we have hostel but it is only for girls not for boys. We also celebrate annual function and farewell.
Faculty: Yes, our teachers are helpful and qualified and knowledgeable and give us good teaching quality. Our college also conducts two sessional exams in a year, two practical exam and one final exam in the end. 90% is the passing percentage
Other: I want to be a pharmacist and I got to know from my friend about this college, so I decided to take admission. The best thing about Diploma in pharmacy is that it is a skill based course.

Review of Baba Haridass College of Pharmacy and Technology.
Placements: Around 90% of students get placements at Apollo and other big companies. The highest salary offered is Rs.40,000 per month and the lowest salary is Rs.25,000 per month. Students have to do internships for 3 months in any government hospital in their 3rd year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available only for teachers. Food quality is not very good. Hostel is only available for boys. Library is very good but not very big. Medical facility is good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and well-qualified with M.Pharma or M.Sc. The course curriculum is helpful for the pharmaceutical industry. Exams are averagely difficult.
Other: I chose this course because it is a very good course and I'm interested in medicine. Our campus is not very big.

You can get admission in this college by giving the exam of DSEU.
Placements: Apollo and Tata 1 MG visit the college for placements. 20k is provided by these companies as average package.
Infrastructure: There is no canteen but mess and hostel are available. There are other facilities available with high quality like Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, and a library. There is also a computer lab present. The most important thing is education.
Faculty: Exams are taken year wise. There are two sessional exams of 40 marks and final exams are conducted by BTE board of technical education. Exam centre is outside of the college. There are good facilities available.
Other: In my batch, there are 78 students and 90% students have passed.

There's no good about this college, they charge fees. No such thing like college life is here.
Placements: Most of the students who do D.Pharma from this college opens their shop, some are even in good medical industry as well as in government sector. I don't think they provide any type of internship to students. One of the alumni we met was in a good government hospital.
Infrastructure: The buildings are very small, looks like a house. There are only 4 lecture rooms. There's no canteen, sports facility or any ground area. The facility of hostel is for girls only. Labs are not well-equipped here. No mess or canteen in the college premises .
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but don't wish to pay proper attention to students. All they do is to charge money from students for every little thing. Course is relevant in all senses. The exams are quite a level exam which is required for a student's growth.
Other: The course is quite valuable nowadays. There's no fest in college, there are no cafe or restaurant in nearby college and there's no college canteen .

Haridass has a nature-friendly and calm environment.
Placements: Approximately 40 students are there in a class. In the private sector, around 40k is offered. The private hospitals that recruit are MAX, Manipal, and Akash, mostly from these three. This college is specifically for pharmacy, and they offer pharmacist roles only. Besides this, we have a nursing college that offers GNM and ANM courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes labs, a library, large classrooms, and a great campus full of greenery dedicated to nature. The faculty is also great, and the staff is very cooperative. A volleyball court is available, and medical facilities are nearby since there is another college for nursing. There is 24/7 electricity, hot water, and pure drinking water.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, using questioning techniques to engage students. Their commitment to student success is evident, and they utilize visual aids to enhance understanding. Their innovative use of technology and student-centered approach reflects their passion for teaching.
