Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Very dissatisfied because of faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: The top recruiting companies were Wipro, L&T Infotech, Capgemini, etc. The highest package was 8.5 lacs, the average package was 5.2 lacs and the lowest package was 3 lacs. Several students also got internships in many companies who came to our college for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The washrooms are very dirty. The quality of food available in the mess is very bad and hygienic. The hostel rooms are not so comfortable. Very limited sports faculty members and facilities. The classrooms are average and cleaned. Wi-Fi facilities are only for faculty members and college staff.
Faculty: The teachers are not so knowledgeable and experienced. The teaching quality is average. They are not enough helpful and not at all cooperative. Curriculum activities are only conducted in the starting semesters, and then after nothing happens. The semester exams are very difficult because of fewer resources.

Very dissatisfied because of faculty members and facilities.
Placements: There are about 40 percent of the students who were placed in my course. The lowest package was 3 lacs, the average package was 5 lacs and the highest package was 8 lacs. The top recruiting companies were Capgemini, TCS, etc. 25 percent of the students got internships in several companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course are below average. The furniture is getting old and worn out. The technologies available, like computers and projectors, are getting outdated. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is very bad. They give expired packets of food.
Faculty: The teachers are not very knowledgeable and they are also not helpful to the students. The teaching quality is not so good. Curriculum activities only happen at the start of semester and after that, nothing happens. The semester exams are very difficult because of the limited resources.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: About 45 percent of students were placed in my batch. The highest package was 500000, the average package was 300000 and the lowest package was 85000. Many of the students got internships at many companies and the top roles offered were software development.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course / department are average. Average classrooms and labs with a small library. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is very hygienic and sometimes they give expired packets of food. Limited sports facilities are present.
Faculty: The teachers are not very knowledgeable and qualified. Some teachers become angry when a question is asked repeated and they also become rude. Curriculum activities only happen at the start of the semester. The semester exams are not very difficult.

My college is good but teachers are not focused.
Placements: Out of total, half of the student are getting placed in the CS branch, with the highest package being approximately 8 Lacs, the lowest being 2 lacs, and average package being 5 lacs, The top recruiters are Wipro, Mahindra, etc. Minimum students get internships. Top role offered is in computer service .
Infrastructure: The classroom is nice but Wi-Fi is not available and the library is not much, but labs are available. The biggest issue is that hostels are not available on campus or that good-quality food is not served in the mess. The medical facility is also poor but sports and games are present .
Faculty: The college selects a good-quality or knowledgeable teacher. Teaching quality is far better. Yes, it makes sense to the students that it is difficult, medium-level, not tough, not easier. Passing marks out of the total are the passing percentage in the exams at the end of the semester .
Other: In the future, this course will be much needed by the company and I love coding; other curriculum is not much better .
