Placements: Our batch still didn't get placements, but for seniors they had placements. There were many companies which offered placements like Bosch, hp, Accenture etc. Whoever got more than 7 points were eligible for it. 90percent of eligible students got placed. The highest package was around 12LPA, and the lowest was around 3.5LPA.
Placements: The placements offered are good but not better than that in the past. The senior batch faced a lot of problems like very few core companies visited the campus, and the IT companies asked more of CS subjects which made it difficult for EC students. A very few students are satisfactorily placed.
Placements: The placements are good for CSE and EC, but the placements are hard for the other departments. Overall, the placements are good. The highest package was 12 LPA by Walmart and Akamai. The training is done by the college, which is good. The top core companies often visit the campus. The mass recruiters are a few on the campus.
Placements: The placements are decent for the civil engineering stream while the opportunities for the other IT streams are high. The placement cell exists, and they conduct the placement training for the 7th-semester students. It is helpful for the placements. More than 50 companies visit the campus to recruit the students. On a core company on an average 10 placement and the mass recruiters recruit almost 200 per company. The packages are usually of 3.5 LPA.
Placements: The placements on the campus were good. Almost, more than 50 companies attended our college for the recruitment. The highest salary was around 12 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA. There is a placement cell, and it is good. The students who got the internship from the college is low.
Placements: The placements are really good and useful. There were a lot of companies coming in for us, at least we had 20 eligible companies. The number of opportunities for information science students were equal to that of computer science students. The average package that can be expected is 3.5 lacs. The lowest salary is 2 lacs, and the highest went up to 14 lacs. From our batch, almost 80% of the students were placed.
Placements: Bangalore Institute of Technology is one of the top engineering colleges in India, and it is well known for its placements. It has a good placement and training cell. Here the students get wider opportunities to get into various companies. Well-known companies like Infosys, Wipro, Bosch, Volvo, TCS, Accenture and many others visit the college for recruitment. 100+ companies are on the list of placements. Software students have the best platform here to get placed. At an average, 85% of the elig...
Placements: The placements are decent with most of the students getting placed in the first two months of the placement season. There is not much to expect if you are an average student, try for getting courses which are not taught in the college and then you might get an extra edge over the others. The companies that visited other than mass recruiters were MuSigma, Adobe, Google, etc.
Placements: The placements are very good for EC/CS/IS but fewer companies for civil engineering, but for civil engineering, best companies will come for recruitment. The companies are L&T, Prestige, and Soba. The civil engineers can also go for IT field, but a candidate should have minimum knowledge about the subject and communication.
Placements: The placements offered are good at this college. Before 2017, there was better placement, but in 2017, the overall placement was not up to the mark. Some companies offering 20 lacs per annum has also visited this college. Overall, the placement for CSE and ISE branch is good. But for the other branches, the placement is not satisfactory.
Placements: Fewer placements were offered for the core branches like instrumentation, mechanical, civil, and industrial production. Most of the companies are of IT sectors which is useful for CS and IS branches. The placements will fall between the end of the 6th semester for BE and 7th semester. No placement training is provided even paying Rs. 1,500/- for training purpose.
Placements: They provide very good placement opportunity to the students. There is a good placement co-ordinaton in BIT. As BIT is one of the top colleges, companies will take more students during placements and can expect a yearly increase in the placements. Even the mechanical guys will get an opportunity to attend IT companies like Infosys. During my batch, most of my friends got selected in Infosys.
Placements: The placements are good, but each time it depends on factors. Sometimes all the eligible students have at least two offers and some time they don't. In the year 2015, most students had more than two offers, but in 2016, it decreased, and most were not placed. Then again in 2017, there was a rapid increase in the placements. No of companies visiting this college has also increased this year. Until Jan, the companies were still coming for the placements. If the students have 60 percent as an aggre...
Placements: Placements in BIT are pretty good. Usually may companies visiting the campus are for IT based jobs, though few companies have openings for ECE, EEE and other branches. Placements for Mech, Civil and less popular branches are low. Mass recruiters recruit form all branches. For senior batch it was almost the same. The number of companies visiting the campus have increased. In our senior ISE batch more than 95% of the students were placed. For our batch we are in the middle of placements as of writ...
Placements: Best for computer science, IS, and EC branches. Less chances for core companies for mech and other branches. So if you are joining here for these streams, better be prepared for jobs outside the campus. Placements are indeed very good for IT related jobs. So its better for those who really want to pursue their career in their own fields to prepare for exams like GATE, etc.
Placements: The placements are good. Many companies came and gave the opportunity to show our skills. Some of the students got a package of more than 9lakhs per annum, and some of them got 6 lakhs per annum. The average salary is about 3-4 lakhs per annum. The placement percentage is about more than 80%. So in simple words, if you have more than 75%, then you get the eligibility for maximum companies.
Placements: From MCA, around 10 to 12 get selected out of 60. And the highest package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest offered is 3.5 LPA. The jobs offered by the companies are web developer and backend. For MCA, fewer companies visit, and most of them ask for an aggregate of 60 throughout, so most of MCA guys get filtered there only.
Placements: The placements are one of the best things of the college. If you are in computer branch, then the placements are definitely worth it. The placements are equally good for ECE and IT branch. The placements in other branches are pretty decent. The highest package varies around 10-14 LPA. Most of the students are placed in the mass recruiters.
Placements: The placements are a good knock for the branches such as ECE, computer science, ISE. The companies such as Accenture, Wipro, and L&T keep on visiting the campus every year. The college management looks after the eligible students (above 60% aggregate) for the campus placements. The average package is from 6 to 8.5 LPA. The talented candidates irrespective of any branch usually get more than 10 LPA. All the other branches have the good opportunities in the placements except for the civil and mech...
Placements: Bangalore Institute Of Technology provides good opportunities for the students to get placed in the topmost IT companies. Before attending the campus interviews, the placement training will be given to the students so that, it would be easy to crack any placement interview. BIT college is one of the topmost VTU board recognised, so the placements will be better compared to the other colleges.
