It is a good college if you can't afford Manipal, KIIT, VIT etc.

Placements: Placements are good for CS, IS and EC branches. If you're from EC and interested in core companies, you have a fair chance to get placed. It can be debatable by some, but 4-5 companies like Bosch, ABB, Erickson, Continental, etc., visit the campus. If you are looking for software jobs, you can find 'n' number of opportunities.

BIT is one among the best colleges.

Placements: The placement rate of the 2017 batch was 75%. Companies like Infosys, HSBC, Accenture, Nokia, Wipro, and Dell visited our college to offer placements. Placements for the senior batch were around 70%. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA.

Placements in the college are good, but the infrastructure is average.

Placements: Companies that visited for the recent batch are less in number compared to the previous batch. Core companies like L&T, Mu Sigma and Bosch visited the campus. Mass recruiters such as Accenture and Wipro didn't recruit students from IEM this time, but other companies are still visiting, and the placements seem to be decent enough.

The college is preferable.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. 20% of my seniors in the electronics and communication branch were placed last year. The highest package offered is 6 lakhs per annum. Companies like Bosch, Accenture, etc., visited the college to offer placements. The college has a placement cell, and it's good. We haven't been offered any internships yet.

Placements are good in 2018, but the infrastructure is not good.

Placements: The students get placements before they enter into the 4th-year. Many companies visit our college and select the students who are good and fit for their company. The lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is 12.9 LPA. Companies like Bosch, Akamai, E&Y, Mu Sigma, Micro Focus, and some others visited our college for placements.

Satisfied and if you depend on your hard work then this is the place.

Placements: Well placements always get to the one who are deserving and hard-working but our college does provide platform for those. Many of the important companies do come here like yahoo, e=mc2 etc. Our college does have placement section and teachers are there for the betterment every year. They also encourage and guide students towards our betterself Rest is upto us.

I joined here as i had no options. The infrastructure is bad, the faculty ok, placements are good.

Placements: The placements have gone a little bit down. There is reduction in the number of companies coming in the past few years. But the placements are nearly 80-100%. The placements had gone up before 3 years. There was a considerable increase in the placements.

A good college, and its ranking in the VTU list is also good.

Placements: The placements are good for other branches, but for mechanical recruitment in the core companies is a bit difficult. If you are good at programming or something related to coding, you can be placed easily in IT companies. In my batch out of 200 and odd students, only the handful of people got placed into core companies, around 10 people got placed.

I'm kind of satisfied with the faculty members and placements, but not with the infrastructure.

Placements: The placements have been an attraction to this college. Almost all the people, who are from the CSE, ECE, and EEE will get placed in one or the other companies. Major companies like NOKIA, Mercedes, and Bosch visit our college every year and takes many students for their companies.

An apartment which holds the students and runs a religious institution.

Placements: Placements in our college were comparatively low than the previous year. It is coming down year by year. The management is irresponsible in taking care of the pre-placement training, and no proper intimation regarding the companies policy and criteria. When you get into the placement office, none will be available to help you out. It is just a religious group running the institution.

Satisfied with the faculty, but dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Basically, for civil, only one company comes to college, to hire students, that is, Shobha Construction. Many students were placed in IT companies like Accenture and Infosys. Only one was hired by Shobha from our batch. If you like to join IT field, then our college is the best.

Not satisfied with infrastructure but placements are good.

Placements: Our batch still didn't get placements, but for seniors they had placements. There were many companies which offered placements like Bosch, hp, Accenture etc. Whoever got more than 7 points were eligible for it. 90percent of eligible students got placed. The highest package was around 12LPA, and the lowest was around 3.5LPA.

The college is the best for the computer science branch.

Placements: The placements are good for CSE and EC, but the placements are hard for the other departments. Overall, the placements are good. The highest package was 12 LPA by Walmart and Akamai. The training is done by the college, which is good. The top core companies often visit the campus. The mass recruiters are a few on the campus.

Full review of college along with the infrastructure and placement.

Placements: The placements offered are good at this college. Before 2017, there was better placement, but in 2017, the overall placement was not up to the mark. Some companies offering 20 lacs per annum has also visited this college. Overall, the placement for CSE and ISE branch is good. But for the other branches, the placement is not satisfactory.

Thing about BIT college, Bangalore.

Placements: Fewer placements were offered for the core branches like instrumentation, mechanical, civil, and industrial production. Most of the companies are of IT sectors which is useful for CS and IS branches. The placements will fall between the end of the 6th semester for BE and 7th semester. No placement training is provided even paying Rs. 1,500/- for training purpose.

Good placements, improved curriculum, improving infrastructure, average faculty.

Placements: Placements in BIT are pretty good. Usually may companies visiting the campus are for IT based jobs, though few companies have openings for ECE, EEE and other branches. Placements for Mech, Civil and less popular branches are low. Mass recruiters recruit form all branches. For senior batch it was almost the same. The number of companies visiting the campus have increased. In our senior ISE batch more than 95% of the students were placed. For our batch we are in the middle of placements as of writ...

Review of Bangalore Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements are good. Many companies came and gave the opportunity to show our skills. Some of the students got a package of more than 9lakhs per annum, and some of them got 6 lakhs per annum. The average salary is about 3-4 lakhs per annum. The placement percentage is about more than 80%. So in simple words, if you have more than 75%, then you get the eligibility for maximum companies.

It's not only studies for which someone congress to a college.

Placements: The placements are one of the best things of the college. If you are in computer branch, then the placements are definitely worth it. The placements are equally good for ECE and IT branch. The placements in other branches are pretty decent. The highest package varies around 10-14 LPA. Most of the students are placed in the mass recruiters.

Worst infrastructure, placement is average and faculty members are not bad.

Placements: If we talk about 2017 batch, they got placed with an average amount of 2-3 lacs per annum only in EEE branch. But in 2016 the placements offered was good. Every year if 50 students are eligible then 40-42 students get placement. In that only 3-4 students get good companies. For other branches like ECE or computer science, the placements are far better than EEE. So, try to get better college than this or get into a good branch in this college. Your rank will decide by the way. ...
