Placements: Placements compared to previous year was better both in terms of number as well as package. Although core placements for mechanical and civil is a tough game over there but students managed to get themselves placed somehow into one or the other companies.
Placements: Placements in the college were good. The highest salary package offered went up to 11 LPA, and the lowest was 2.40 LPA. The placement rate of our batch was around 80%, and the seniors' placement rate was around 70%. The college didn't offer any internships. There is a placement cell which guides students in regard to placements and conducted TEDx events which were really helpful for placements.
Placements: The placements in BIT are pretty good. Many companies visit the campus for recruiting students. Majorly mass recruiters are the one who mostly recruit the students. The students of CS, IT and EC courses get placed, and students from other branches have to struggle a lot to get a job.
Placements: Placements were pretty good for our batch. Around 100 or maybe more than 100 companies visited the campus to conduct placements for all the branches. From those 100 companies, around 20-30 companies were there for our branch because some of the companies considered only electronics and communication branch as the best ones. We weren't allowed to take part in all the drives, which is sad. Salary packages offered were in the range of 2 LPA to 10 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.50 LPA...
Placements: Placements in the college were pretty good. About 60% of the students were placed in at least one company. While only 10% of students were placed in core companies and the rest in IT companies. Core companies give more importance to the ECE department rather than the telecommunication department. Also, the placement cell does nothing about it. However, the placement rate is pretty good when compared to other colleges.
Placements: Placements at BIT are set at high standards, and this college is among the top five colleges in VTU. College placements are assured to students if they score more than the required percentage. A wide range of opportunities are provided to students. Students will be trained to face the interviews.
Placements: The placements of the college are really good. It is actually an above average college. Almost every company visits our college for placements. No big companies visited our college. The companies that visited our college have offered the best packages. Skilled students got placed well.
Placements: The placements in BIT were one of the best. The average package offered was around 4-5 LPA. Around 85%-90% of the students were placed. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the highest salary package was around 9-10 LPA. Companies like Infosys, IBM, Accenture, HSBC, Google, etc., have visited the campus and hired a lot of students.
Placements: Average package was 4-5 LPA for students having more than 6 CGPA. So placements are decent. Nearly all the students get placed. You can expect good package if you are a coder or have some other in demand skill. If you get into CS maintains good sgpa and do some in demand course you can expect high packages.
Placements: Placements in the college are pretty good. Reputed companies like Infosys, Mercedes, IBM, Robert Bosch, and others visit here to offer placements. The placement section has 90% success rate for civil, CSE, IT, and ECE branches. We have good training facilities for placements.
Placements: Placements in BIT are good. Mostly, everyone gets placed in good companies, especially the students of ECE, CS and IT branches. Placement opportunities are provided for the students of the civil department. Students choose this college specifically for the CS department. Even the students of ECE department are offered good placements. The college is fairly good for placements.
Placements: Approximately 80% of students got placed in different companies. Mostly, students are recruited by mass recruiters. Few core companies of various departments also visit for placements, but students getting placed in those companies are very less. Bosch is the major recruiter of ECE students.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. About 80-90% of students get placed easily. Not only the demanding branches like CS, ISE or ECE, but small branches like EIE, telecommunication, civil, etc. also have good placements. The salary packages offered to students are good.
Placements: Campus Placement is not much but still some of the senior faculty helps to get good jobs and internship if you are good in your subjects. Salary package usually ranges from 2-4 Lacs. Usually core companies like Mahindra, L&T and few private construction companies come for placement. You will get internship with the help of department faculty. Mostly internships are of training type. Usually stipend internship depends upon your capability and how is your CV. In the last, companies will select on ...
Placements: The placements are good for computer science engineering, information science engineering, information technology, and electronic communication engineering. For civil engineering, core companies didn't visit the college for placements. The college should provide some placements for civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. The placement training should be provided to students, and core companies for civil engineering should be invited for placements.
Placements: The placements are good for computer science and electrical and communication branches. But it all depends on the student's hard work. They won't teach you about aptitude which is important for placements. To overcome this problem, they should take classes for aptitude once a week from the 5th semester so that students can have the capability to think in a different way which may be useful for their project work also.
Placements: From our batch whose strength was about 160, 10 students were placed in Robert Bosch, 3-4 in Toyota, 2 in Mercedes (in which only girls are allowed to appear), 3 in Lam Research having package 8 Lacs and about 50 of the other students were placed in IT companies.
Placements: When it comes to placements especially in mechanical, there are only 5-7 core companies coming to the campus. Average package for core companies may vary from 3 LPA, but if you are interested in it companies, you will surely get a job, but you should have good percentage at the end of the 3rd year.
Placements: Mechanical placements are not that good. Companies come but mostly they are IT companies. Very difficult to get into core companies. Only the ones who have very good score or have done internships in some better colleges will get clre companies. Even the college offers some internship if you want.
Placements: For core branches, the placement is not so good as in all colleges. For non-core branches, the placement is good. The college is good placements. It provides the best opportunities for students. Many big companies hire the students. In a nutshell, the placement is good.
