College is good for enjoying not for placements.
Placements: A few students got placed during our academic year. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.45 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cadence, TCS, Applied Materials, and Tech Mahindra. Every student in our course got an internship but not in companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good with a vast area of 100 acres of land. The college has a good environment to enjoy the engineering life. The hostel is constructed with good food. Every room is hygienic. The hostel provides all facilities that students need.
Faculty: Faculty members are not good at teaching because some of our lecturers don't have knowledge about the same subject they are teaching. The college is back in arrangements of curriculum activities. The university is very strict about exams to score.

Placements: Hello, In this year (2024), nearly more than 400+ students got placed from our college. In our college, the staff is also very close and they are helping us to get a placement. The college is superb with all the required facilities. This is what the normal student is required to have. We are all happy that we are also running in the placements as soon as possible. We will also get a placement for this year .
Infrastructure: Our college started in 1962. From that day up to now, this college has made new performances every year. We have a total of 10 branches now with highly qualified teachers and staff. We have well-infrastructured facilities with 24*7 Wi-Fi and so on. When we come to the hostel, it is the best hostel in the Bagalkot district .
Faculty: As we have 10 branches, I belong to the Electronic and Communication branch, so all the branches have well-trained and qualified staff. When we talk about the curriculum, we have a lot of entertainment programmes and games for juniors and seniors, etc. In our colleges, the exams run very strictly.
Other: This college gives a lot of knowledge because this college is an old, ancient college. The number of students who got placed is high.

Basaveshwar Engineering College Bagalkot.
Placements: From the Computer Science and Engineering branch, approximately 70% of students got placed this year. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 6 LPA. The top recruiters this year were Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, and LG. The highest package of 15 LPA was offered by TCS for the role of Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is spread across 90 acres. They have well-equipped laboratories for each department. The classrooms need to be developed more, as the benches are quite uncomfortable to sit on. They have a large playground, but no events are conducted. The hostel is not good at all.
Faculty: The faculty in our branch is kind and always available for us. They are highly qualified professionals and skilled. They are really good at sharing their knowledge with the students, and each of them has a minimum experience of 16 years. The semester exams are moderate to difficult.

Very nice placements with good faculty.
Placements: The very basic package is 3.5 LPA and the lowest package is 2.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Caterpillar, Digital Ninja, etc. The internships should be managed by the students. About 90% of students get placed within the hiring period; the rest get placed on campus.
Infrastructure: The total campus is about 94 acres, and each department has separate buildings with Wi-Fi facilities for students to use on campus and good laboratories as well. Hostels are very well maintained with good food; every Friday evening, there are evening snacks.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly with the students, and each faculty member is either a master's degree holder or a Ph.D. Exams are conducted very strictly. There is a separate lab called the IDEA lab for students to come up with new ideas to innovate. Yes, of course, the faculty and environment prepare the students for placement.
Other: The best thing about this course is the highly qualified faculty, and every student has a faculty advisor who guides them throughout the 4 years.

A good college for students’ career building.
Placements: The highest placements package offered in the college is 15 lacs per annum and the lowest is a minimum of 3.5 Lacs per annum. We get almost all the good companies to visit for on-campus interviews. All top companies hire our college’s students. But one disappointment is that only a few branches get high paying job offers from companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and the facilities are better here. There is a huge library with collections of many books related to the courses. There is a separate newspaper reading and magazine reading hall along with a huge separate space for studying. Classroom facilities are all good with smart boards and latest technologies.
Faculty: The college has almost all the faculty members having an experience of more than 8 years. All the teachers teach well making sure the students understand, except a few. The exams are conducted in a serious manner and the subjects seem to be a bit difficult in the first year. But eventually, we get adjusted with the subjects and we find them interesting.

My college review of Basaveshwar Engineering College.
Placements: In my college, almost all students got intern, and some of them were selected through campus placement. The highest package at the college is 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Students got internships at various companies like TCS, Synchrony, Accenture, Barakuda, etc. In my course, the top role is AIML engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good. My department is also near the college entrance. Wi-Fi is available in the college, as are department labs, which are well maintained by faculty members. The hostel is very good; there are three rooms shared. In hostels, food is also good, and the mess is very clean.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are well qualified. Some of them completed engineering, and some earned Ph.D. Teaching quality is good, but in engineering, everything depends on us. The college curriculum is very good. It will make students industry-ready. The semester-end examination is not tough. It is easier if we read earlier.
Other: I chose this course because it is in demand and helpful to the upcoming generation.
