Students willing to take admission in BESC need to be aware.

Placements: College doesn't provide any internship for third-year students. Placement chances are nearly 1%. It's not a good college for your future. I wish I knew this earlier, before taking admission. I wasted my time and money as this course is not going to be beneficial for my future.

I am dissatisfied because of it is not a good college.

Placements: No student was placed properly, and the students are not even intimated about placement companies. The top recruiting company was Amazon but the deserving students didn't get the chance. The college is not good if you are looking for a job after graduation. Teachers are also not responsive.

I'm partially dissatisfied with the college and the way things are conducted.

Placements: I don't have much information about the placements as I didn't opt for any placement drives for B.Com. Moreover, I was pursuing a professional course, so there was no requirement for placements. I don't know the percentage of students who got placed, as I did not attend any placement drives myself.

This is a money making institute, and there is no care for imparting knowledge.

Placements: Being an under-graduation college, a few people seek placements here. However, if one does opt for placement, there are not many companies that actually turn up on the campus. The salary package is low, and in short, it is not worth joining if you actually want a placement after your graduation.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the teaching as well as non teaching staff. Bad placement records

Placements: Only a handful of students get college placements because few companies visit. The highest salary offered was rs 1 Lacs per year. No help is given to students from the teachers. Most teachers come to gossip only. Teachers are not regular. It is not worth the money of time invested. Teachers and non teaching staff are very rude.

Location is A-1, Extracurricular activities too good. The quality of education so far is not good.

Placements: The placement cell is not that good in this college. There is no room for the students, who are just pursuing B.Com. The college fee is also high compared to other reputed colleges like St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. If you are attracted to better placement offers then well, this is not the right place for you.

The best college in Kolkata with the best infrastructure.

Placements: Many companies come for placement, and besides those, many banks and audit firms also come for placement. I guess the average package is around 2.5 LPA. I have not opted for campus placement, but some of my friends have got their jobs through college placement cell. We must opt for it.

The infrastructure is good but the college lacks in accountability of students and faculty members. It's a coed college and suitable for students other professional courses in correspondence as it does not have much attendance issue. Classrooms are nice air-conditioned too but accountability and discipline among students and teacher lacks. Basically the trusties of this college is Gujarati and the purpose of the foundation is to promote Gujarati students for higher studies, the management charge...

The College is good for those who are doing other professional courses along with graduation. This is because of the fact that the college does not have attendance criteria and no regular exams are conducted. Hence, it makes it easier for the students to focus on the professional course that he/she is pursuing. However, the college does offer immense exposure and opportunity for extracurricular activities like fests and inter college competitions etc.
