Good college with reasonable fee and best facilities, with large infrastructural facilities.
Placements: There are good placements in this college. The college conducted seminars to make us ready for the interviews and campus placements for our exposure.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available with good internet speed for students. Labs are open for the students all the time to complete their projects. Overall, it is worthy to invest. Different varieties of food which is from all over India are available here. They serve you good quality of food. College provides best hostel facilities. There are different rooms according to your comfort; you can get the room that you wish. Hostel facilities are very good when compared to other hostels. Our college provides all the necessary items. The campus is enabled with Wi-Fi. There is a big library. There is a good collection of books in the library. Classrooms are well-modernised for students. 24x7 cab facility is there for students. Sports and games were organised for students every year. If we talk about the quality of labs, they are equipped with highly modern systems. Food and beverages provided by the college were tasty and very hygienic. Hostel rooms were very neat and clean. Mess and cafeteria are also there for junk food lovers. Students who love Chinese and north-Indian food will enjoy a lot.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful for the students. They are qualified from the best colleges of Dehradun. They teach through projectors. For every ten students, there is a teacher.
Other: They organised from time to time events, fests, campus drive and pool campus drive. Campus crowd is very supportive. Admissions are also done on merit basis. Extra-curricular activities are always conducted. There is a separate department for all sections depends upon the subject. Scholarship section was also there for students.

BFIT is a good college for small-town students.
Placements: The college provides the placement, but it depends on your talent and performance. The teachers are helpful and corporative. If I talk about placement percentage, it is 100 percent. But you can not compare it to IHM because big brands don't come there.
Infrastructure: If I'll talk about HM, it has almost everything that you need while learning. Good books are there, and almost everything is available for hotel management student. The hostel food is good, but you can not compare it to home one. The classrooms are big and well-ventilated. The cafeteria is small. The events do take place in this college. The campus crowd is good.
Faculty: The teachers are helping in nature. They are qualified and knowledgeable too. The teaching quality is up to the mark. The student to faculty ratio is about 29:1. They send students to the good company for industrial training. The course curriculum was useful as it comes under central University.

It is the best college for hotel management in Dehradun.
Placements: Our college surely offers 100% placements. My batch is not yet passed out, but students of our senior batch got placed successfully in 5-star properties. Every student gets an internship in 5-star properties either in India or abroad as per their choice. Top roles offered here are a supervisor and line cook.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good here. There is a good ground on the campus, and there are a canteen, library, labs and all things which a college could offer. Wi-Fi facility is available, and it offers good speed. Computer labs are available, and the library facility is also available for students. The quality of the food served in the canteen is quite good, and it is inexpensive and tasty as well. Playgrounds and basketball court are available for students.
Faculty: Teachers here are quite qualified and knowledgeable. They have a lot of experience in the industry. They share valuable tips which make us ready for the industry. The course curriculum is very much relevant to today's hospitality in the industry. The teaching quality is also quite good.
Other: The best thing about our college is it hosts chef competitions and various food fests from time to time. The best thing about my course is that it is AICTE approved.

It is the best hotel management college in India.
Placements: Placements are great in BFIT. Teachers and faculty members take out time for us to dwell ourselves in the procedure of interview, etiquettes of giving the interview and building a good resume. The highest salary package offered by the recruiters is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, which is good as compare to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great, and every building on the campus is good and air. Labs are well-maintained, and Wi-Fi speed is great. The campus is maintained with flowers and garden, and we have a space to sit out in the sun, especially during winters. We can have coffee or tea. Classrooms are big, but they are not up to the mark. The library is good with numerous types of books. Hostels rooms are quite small with basic amenities like bed, fan and cupboard. Food is not good and unhealthy, and sports activities are also average.
Faculty: Faculty members are great, and they help us to understand the concept. They keep an environment in class light, and they make sure we do not get bored with the subject. Teaching quality is good. Some faculty members are already working in this hospitality sector, so they provide us with great knowledge and try to enhance our skills. This course makes us ready for facing the industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a passion for cooking and bar related services. The hospitality sector is now at the growing stage, so it would be helpful for me to enhance my skills and career.

It is the best hotel management college in Dehradun.
Placements: Placements in BHM block are good. Many of our seniors are working in good hotels, brands, kitchen and corporate offices, like KPMG, etc. Some of the seniors have gone for higher studies abroad. Some of them have changed the course to the dietician, and some are working in event companies. Top roles offered are sous-chef and managers in hotels. Many local Dehradun hotels have appeared for the placement cell. If students have to apply for placements, then they have to apply for placement and attend seminars on CV writing, interview behaviour and others.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. I like the campus as it is within nature with green lush all around. Canteen is the liveliest place on the campus, and many students of other blocks come around to play some music, enjoying and dancing clicking pictures, etc. The canteen serves good food. The chicken sandwich is great, and cold coffee is the best and is sold the most.
Faculty: Faculty members are great, and they always appreciate and inspire us to create new dishes and explore our limits. The course curriculum is relevant and enough for us to prepare for the future and corporate-ready. Sometimes I think there should be more practical classes. Teaching quality is great. Teachers have great knowledge, and they know how to handle us.
Other: Events are great, and sometimes online competition also occur. Campus surrounding and scholarships are good. Annual events in BFIT are Rangrezza and Techno Jashan. I have chosen this course because it is easy, and I like to bring creative. In some of the course, we are bound not to be creative enough. Thus, this course is the best as I like food.

Our college environment is good.
Placements: Placements are good, and many local companies visit here. The highest salary package offered goes around 4 LPA, and further, with experience salary get raised. Almost 70-80% of the students got placed in local and national hotels and caterers. The highest position in hotel management is a hotel manager.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have labs and a very good kitchen, and Wi-Fi speed is also very good. The library is good, and there is also a facility for e-library. Few books in e-library are good. Canteen food is good, and chole bhature, chat, samosa and coffee are amazing. We have a gym as well, which is great.
Faculty: Faculty members are great. Devashish sir is great. Even he is HOD of our subject, but he takes our class. He is humble and calm, and he has all the features which a teacher should have. I completely adore him, and I wish to be like him. The course curriculum is good, designed and well-planned by the affiliated university, which is HNB University.
Other: The campus atmosphere is great. Events are well-organised, and farewell and fresher party are also great. Campus life is good, and there is no ragging. Seniors are friendly, and everyone is good. Students who are not local can easily feel comfortable.

BFIT Group of Institutions is not in the list of top engineering colleges in the country. Though it is well-known in Uttarakhand and offers undergraduate and postgraduate engineering courses in B.Tech, etc., it is not likely to be ranked in the top NIRF or in other prominent institutions.
