Candidates who will score as much or more than the qualifying cut off percentile in CAT 2024 exam, will be eligible for Personal Interview (PI) round of PGP admission. The minimum CAT cut off for PI shortlisting for Reserved category candidates is much lower.

IIM Raipur and the other new IIMs -IIM Nagpur, IIM Kashipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur, IIM Amritsar, IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Sambalpur have a Common Admission Process (CAP) in which the coordinating institute will shortlist candidates for PIs on behalf of the partipating institutes. For IIM Raipur PGP admission, maximum weight of eight points is allotted to 25-36 months of work experience while minimum weight of two points is allotted to 7-12 years of experience. Work experience of less than seven months has been allotted no point.

Candidates selected for admission to IIM Raipur's PGP course will be informed through invitation email. Those seeking admission will have to confirm admission by paying Offer Acceptance Fee of INR 50,000, which will be adjusted against first term fee upon admission. In case any candidate wishes to withdraw admission, procession fee INR 1,000 will be deducted and the rest of the amount of INR 49,000 will be refunded.
