Strong Industry Focus and Vibrant Campus Life at Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies.
Placements: For the students belonging to my batch of Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies, 75% of the students got placed. The highest package offered was INR 7 LPA, while the lowest was INR 3 LPA, and the average was INR 4 LPA. Some of the leading recruiters were HDFC, ICICI, and TCS. All in all, approximately 80% of the student population was placed in internships, some of which are with Bajaj Capital and HDFC, with most of the positions taken being finance, marketing, and analysis.
Infrastructure: The facilities that I will be making use of for my course at Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies include a modern classroom, a computer laboratory equipped with the latest technology, an internet connection, and a library. At the moment, hostel facilities are not available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good in Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies due to the availability of highly qualified and knowledgeable faculty. The course curriculum is appropriate and adequate, planned to equip students and prepare them to meet industry requirements. It is however interesting to note that while semester exams are very tough and competitive, the pass rate is on average 90%. Some of the advantages include supportive faculty and issue-based learning.
Other: I selected the BFSI course of Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies because the course has to emphasize practical training along with connections to the industrial world. I like the practical approach to teaching and good faculty. Areas for enhancement could include the conducting of additional industry workshops. The connectivity of the campus is also good due to some activities such as "BizTech" and "Culture." Many activations in extracurricular activities/scholarships must be given out as they meet student requirements.

Low infrastructure, low college culture, good faculty and courses, and average placements.
Placements: 30–40% of students were placed in my course with the highest package of 5 LPA, the lowest package of 2 LPA, and the average package of 3–4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are McKinley Price, and most of the students got internships, and the most offered roles were sales roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average the college building was not that good the classrooms doesn't have AC's. However, the libraries were good with AC and Wi-Fi and the classrooms also had Wi-Fi for students and projectors. The hostel was not available in our college.
Faculty: The teachers were highly qualified and experienced, and their teaching methods were also very simple and easy to understand. The course curriculum was very good and relevant, as we know financial knowledge is essential for everyone and everywhere, and yes, I think it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams were at that level where we had to push our limits to score well, and the passing percentage was 40%. .
Other: I chose this course because it was very unique and gave us a specialisation in BFSI. This course is very relatable in the daily world, but I think some things could be better, like more practical knowledge. There were college-conducted events or fests where students had to contribute their money on their own to organize Diwali and Holi fests.

Honest review by a first-year student.
Placements: On-campus placements are very few. The college has its own placement cell team, but it is still not active, and very few students get the opportunity. Placement opportunities are generally given to 5th-semester students related to the banking sector, insurance, and Salem-related fields.
Infrastructure: We do have a library. Infrastructure-wise, there is no canteen, the water cooler doesn't work properly, the classrooms are not maintained, and there is a sports room but it's locked most of the time. There are no medical facilities or Wi-Fi available, and there is no playground on the campus.
Faculty: The curriculum for BBA BFSI course overview is good, a specialized course in banking, Finacle, and insurance sectors. A wide variety of job opportunities are available. The course focuses more on skills and practical knowledge than theory. It does make a student ready.
Other: As it is a government college, the overall fee is low. I would suggest the college only if you are planning to do a Masters after this or opening your own business.

Overall, the college is good, and the faculty is also very good.
Placements: Now in college, so I don't know much about placements yet. However, our college provides placements in the banking sector, offering packages around 9.5 lakhs per annum. About 15 to 30 percent of students secure positions in top banking and insurance companies like HDFC.
Infrastructure: Currently, our college doesn't provide any hostel or PG accommodation, but hostels are planned for the future. The infrastructure facilities are very good, with filtered drinking water, a library with a huge amount of books of different types, Wi-Fi, etc.
Faculty: The faculty is good, with teaching staff that is very helpful and coordinating well with students. The teachers and professors are very well qualified. The subjects are very interesting, and our courses are designed to prepare students for the future. The semester exams are of moderate level for students.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of fest, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: 15 to 30 percent of the students in my course were placed; the highest package offered in my college was INR 9.5 lacs per annum. Some insurance companies and banks are recruiting companies for my course. In my course, 15 to 30 percent of students got internships at banking and insurance companies.
Infrastructure: At my college, there is less infrastructure. There is no computer lab, no Wi-Fi connection, no AC, no projectors and limited classrooms. There are no hostels or good canteens in my college, and there are limited food options. There are also no medical, sports, or recreation facilities.
Faculty: In my college, teachers are very helpful and they teach very well They are well qualified and PhD holders. In this course, the curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for industries. In this college semester, exams are moderate and the passing percentage is 40 percent.
Other: I found a unique course at this college, which is BFSI. I wish for practical improvement in my course. There is nothing like fests, crowds, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Review of Bhai Parmanand DSEU Shakarpur Campus - II.
Placements: In my batch, most companies of BPO come, and the package is up to 3 lakh. Most of the companies are startups. For placement, our college is bad; if you are looking for placement, choose another college. Placements are provided to all, as they are called jobs. I think that the college is bad for the placement .
Infrastructure: In our college, no wi-fi facilities are available. There is library but not all books are available. The canteen is also closed now. Labs are there but not accessible to all. If I talk about sports, then I say no sports are there; you have to bring your own equipment to play, like badminton, and the ground is also too small.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is helpful; they guide you in every situation if you take advice from them. The course is also good and you do not have to study hard to get good marks. The semester exams are easy; they contain MCQs and are not difficult, so everyone can easily pass the exam.
Other: I think there can be some fests to improve the crowd and reputation of college but it is not happening because students perform on their own. The college has to take some initiatives and invest some money in infrastructure.
