BJS Arts, Commerce, and Science College.
Placements: A minimum score of 60% is required in all semesters to be eligible for placements, but very few companies, such as Lupin and Tata Chemical, hire 12 students at a 4 Lakh package. Internships are found through websites like Naukri.com and LinkedIn. Organic Chemistry is a very popular course in Pune, and students typically secure roles as chemists.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities such as mineral water filters, and all practical labs are well-managed and kept very clean. Wi-Fi is not available. Hostel facilities are good, with breakfast and two meals provided daily. The canteen serves quality food and also offers mess services. Students engage in sports like kho, kabaddi, and boxing on campus.
Faculty: The faculty is fully focused on students and assists us in every lab practical. The M.Sc. program consists of 4 semesters and spans 2 years. The exam pattern includes a 70-mark exam and 30 marks for internal assessment, with 28 marks required for passing each semester. The course is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
