B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2027

The college is located in a very good location, having facilities and hangout areas nearby.
Placements: In a batch of 180, a combination of all sections, around 110 students were placed as per college records. The highest package was 64 LPA given by Uber, the lowest by TCS was around 3 LPA, and the average package was 7 LPA. Top recruiters were ZS Associates, Infosys, SaaS Labs, Wipro, and Accenture, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available at the minimal cost of 50 INR per year, and labs are fully furnished with all the latest equipment. All classes are air-conditioned and have projectors. The library is well maintained and has a book bank facility for every semester.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified, but yes, they are strict. The teaching quality I would rate as 8/10. The course curriculum is 70% relevant. Semester exams are of moderate to difficult level depending upon the preparation. The passing percentage is 40 out of 100 marks.

College was overall good. Canteen was best from all colleges comes under GGSIPU.
Placements: The Electronics and communication engineering is the evergreen department. In BVCOE the 80-85% students get placed on campus in Electronics and communication engineering department. Companies like Infosys TCS indigo Amazon was come last year to give placement.
Infrastructure: The 1st year fees was approximately 175000 and 2nd year 153900 3rd year 145000 4th year 140000, there is a facility of girls hostel only in the college. The girls hostel was very secured and some ladies and gents gaurd were always there for the girls safety.
Faculty: Faculty was very supportive and strict about there course and focussed on study and attendance, you need to maintain atleast 75% attendance overall to give all exams. There are 2 mid semester exams which will be evaluated from 40 marks as final marking and 1 end semester exam that will be held in another college of 60 marks.
Other: College life was good as you get every environment you want like coding or if you want to get core placement you can get course in the college itself provided.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2022

Decent college with average placements and good commute.
Placements: There was 100% placement in our batch. Top companies were Amazon, Tata 1mg, ZS associate. The highest package was about 18-20 Lacs, the lowest 4 Lacs & average about 8 Lacs CTC. Other companies were TCS, Accenture, EY, Yamaha, Josh Technology. However there is a policy if you get selected in the dream companies you can't sit further in the placements.
Infrastructure: During our year, there was construction going on in the ground & in the whole campus. Labs & classrooms are pretty decent. Library is also quite big but mostly is always occupied due to some event. There is auditorium which is why the library gets occupied for some events and workshops.
Faculty: Faculty & curriculum is nice. Teachers are quite helpful specially if one wants to publish research papers or organise events. They were also very helpful during labs & getting internships. However there are some who won't let you work on your individual projects but mostly are supportive.

GENERAL REVIEW BY SECOND-YEAR STUDENT (IT’S GOOD ACTUALLY)
Placements: PLACEMENTS RECORD IS GETTING BETTER. THIS YEAR A STUDENT GOT 64 LAKH PACKAGE OFF CAMPUS. ON-CAMPUS PLACEMENT HAS ALSO IMPROVED THANKS TO THE PLACEMENT TEAM FOR THE PLACEMENT DRIVE CONDUCTED. ALUMNI SUPPORT WAS THERE TO HELP AND GUIDE THE STUDENTS ABOUT INDUSTRY NORMS.
Infrastructure: THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE COLLEGE IS GOOD. EACH ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND A PROJECTOR. THE COLLEGE BUILDING IS WIFI-ENABLED. LABS ARE WELL-EQUIPPED WITH NEW EQUIPMENT. THE LIBRARY IS BIG AND COMFORTABLE WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND STRICT LIBRARY DECORUM. ALMOST EVERY STUDENT IS SEEN STUDYING THERE DURING EXAMS.
Faculty: TEACHERS IN THE COLLEGE ARE INTERESTED IN TEACHING STUDENTS. THE TEACHERS ARE QUALIFIED IN THEIR SUBJECTS, AND ALMOST ALL HAVE DONE THEIR PH.D. STUDENTS GO THROUGH TWO MID-SEMS, ASSIGNMENTS, INTERNAL PRACTICALS, EXTERNAL PRACTICALS, AND THEN END SEMS IN A SEMESTER. EXAMS AREN’T THAT TOUGH, BUT STUDENTS HAVE TO STUDY FOR THEIR EXAMS.
Other: EVERY SOCIETY HAS THEIR OWN TECH AND NON-TECH FEST THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. ALSO, THE COLLEGE ORGANIZES COMPETITIONS AS WELL ON CAMPUS. THE BEST THING IS THAT THE METRO EXIT GATE IS SITUATED JUST IN FRONT OF THE COLLEGE GATE, SO CONNECTIVITY WITH THE METRO IS GOOD.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2024

Faculties are great, and placements are good for students with a technical background.
Placements: In the computer science stream, more than 90% of students were placed. Placements are good for tech field students. The highest package this year is 18 LPA, and the average package is around 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include ZS Associates, Accenture, Wipro, TATA 1MG, and TCS. Internships are hardly obtained by any students through college, at around 7-8%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent, and Wi-Fi facilities are provided on campus. Labs are well-equipped with the latest technologies, and classrooms are also good, having A.C. and projector facilities. Hostels are available for girls only, and the canteen offers good food at reasonable rates. Sports are allowed but only after 3 PM.
Faculty: The faculty is great, knowledgeable, highly qualified, and helpful to the students. The teaching quality is also excellent. The course curriculum is up to date, making students educated enough to compete in this world. Semester exams are at a moderate level, and the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: Events are organized on a regular basis, and the campus crowd is great. The campus has a football ground, and once a year, a sports event is organized where different teams from various branches participate in several sports.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2025

No need to read other review, this is sufficient.
Placements: My branch is known as Core, but not many companies visit for core placements 2-3 companies visit and other companies should have a software background. Around 30–40 companies visit and around 50–60% of students get placed in the 5-6% core. The highest package is 18 lacs, the lowest package is 3 lacs, and the average is around 7 lacs. Most of the roles are analyst-type jobs. The top recruiting companies are ZS, EY, TCS, Accenture, etc. No internship opportunities are there.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good there are 3 blocks for B.Tech., and each block has lifts for everyone. Classrooms are good and each classroom has two ACs and a projector, which makes our college better than others. Wi-Fi is there but we need to fill out the affidavit for access; it is not open to all. The library is good—not very large but sufficient for everyone. The canteen is pretty good and the food is also delicious. Sports facilities are only available after 3 p.m. Mess is also there for students. The hostel is for only girls; the boy hostel is still under construction.
Faculty: Faculty members have a good, understanding, supportive, and friendly nature. They are aware of the difficulties that the students are experiencing. All faculty members are good in there field and have lots of knowledge regarding there side. We follow the GGSIPU curriculum and syllabus offered by them. Exams are prepared by them and the university conducts two exams in each semester (mid-semester and end-semester), which are not very difficult to pass. Students can easily pass exams.
