Placements: In comparison to other colleges of Chhattisgarh, placement is okay. One thing to note, if you’re good in any particular field, you'll surely get a job in the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro (project based giants), or even in your core field if you wish to work for small companies, which develop products of their own. The average salary our seniors received is similar to 2.3 LPA. Internships depends on one's own knowledge. It's like apply and get, if your skill set is enough and have worked o...
This college has an average infrastructure but laboratories are good. The environment of the college is such that the students generally neglect practicals. Placements are below par, one has to be really lucky to get placed except CS/IT branch. Faculty are good, they have good knowledge about the subject matter. All in all, it is a good college.
On the state level, it is the best college after N.I.T. The faculty is better than that of the other state colleges. The library and the hostel facility are good. The campus recruitment happens with an average package from Rs. 3.5 Lakhs to Rs. 5 Lakhs. There is no bus facility available.
The college is very good in terms of the crowd but its lacks in providing good quality teachers. Every batch is full of talent and will to succeed but somehow the government college attitude of teachers demotivates them. In 3rd year the students blindly start to prepare for GATE as they know that the chances of placement are the bare minimum. So, join this college if you believe you can succeed in this competitive world and are ready to fight.
The campus is good and accessible. The laboratories are okay and the faculty is mediocre. Only some teachers, usually at higher positions know what they are talking about. The management has been going back in time rather than moving forward and enforcing nonsensical rules like separate parking and canteens for boys and girls. The one annual cultural-cum-tech fest is organised with high enthusiasm but is riddled with management's censorship and corruption within the organising committee. Only ...
This college has a good environment, I must have to say that the faculty is very well qualified and is highly experienced. The campus was also good. The college does not motivates the students towards any cultural activities. No focus is given towards other things except for studies. But overall the experience was fine.
The college could have been much better if the faculty was more focused on molding students according to the needs of current technological era. Rather, sessional marks and assignments become center of learning here. The students are completely cut off from things like interesting projects, summer internship opportunities etc. This makes them unsuitable for innovation, having a technical mindset and for companies. Hence, the placements records are extremely poor. Core companies approaching are a...
It's a good college as far as studies are concerned. It might lag in the festivities and the crowd, but that shouldn't matter to a person who has studies as his priority. A lot of all-round development activities are conducted in the campus. The infrastructure is good and almost comparable to an NIT. The faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. So, if you can compromise for placement and exposure, then it's a good deal to study here.

The college has a fantastic and a ravishing infrastructure and the college provides transportation facilities. The college faculty is better than the other colleges in that area. Although, the college tries to get a 100% placement, but it actually never happens. The college has a proper canteen that provides a good quality of food. The area is surrounded by greenery and the college provides sports facilities.
College fee is reasonable, but the college canteen needs improvement. This college is one of the best colleges in Chhattisgarh. Senior faculty members are good as well as strict. Syllabus of this course is good. BIT doesn’t need any advertisement. Both Interactive and practical sessions are conducted and are good to learn. Equal weightage to both internal and external exams is given. Exams are mostly theoretical. You have to help yourself for placements.
The college has great infrastructure and good environment, facilities are good. Teachers are friendly and made a comfortable environment for the students to learn. More exposure would definitely help in better placements. Campus life is good and fees is worth it, very affordable. Fabulous arrangements for core branches like mechanical engineering and civil engineering. Electrical and electronics, electronic and instrumentations were fine. IT could've been better in terms of exposure. College Uni...
It is the best college for civil engineering in Chhattisgarh after NIT. The faculty is really experienced and gives great attention on each student. All the facilities are decent with good equipment’s in labs and computer labs. Campus is very green and exciting with very good hostel facilities. Crowd is also good from all over the state that gives you direct opportunities to interact and meet new people with different skill sets.
Studying in BIT has been a good experience for me. The faculty are well experienced having vast knowledge in theory as well as field work. The interactive sessions with teachers provides a great platform to develop our skills. Apart from academic, College also offers a lot in extracurricular activity. Be it NCC, NSS, or college annual fest. Placement cell is just average.
College is pretty good and the infrastructure is good as well. Faculty is of good nature and also studies are good. The only problem is campus is placement. During my batch only a few students got placed. But that too if you will search for some off-campus you can have a job. Overall the college is good.
The college is good considering all aspects. Not only for studies but it also provides students with opportunities to participate in different campaigns like NSS, Ojas (cultural, technical and sports fest). Facilities are erudite. But talking about placements, these are branch selective. For example, for civil branch in 2015, no companies came for campus recruitment.
Best private engineering college in Chhattisgarh with 25 years of legacy and best campus all around. It has the best faculty for civil and mechanical branch among all colleges in Chhattisgarh. Hostel facility of BIT is at par with any other good college with unique ground floor culture. Placements of BIT is not that good since last 3 years with TCS only as the major recruiter taking 80 students per year. Cultural activities in college gives an all-round edge to its students with its annual fest ...
The campus is good, but very poor faculty and staff. The quality of education is old and completely theoretical, no creativity. Feels like I wasted my 4 years here. The environment here is unfriendly. If still you wish to go for this college, do not go for the EEE branch.
The classes are good as far as the lecturers and infrastructures are concerned. Every 1.5 months a class test is conducted every semester making it a total of 3 class tests per semester. But overall it’s a kind of theoretical approach rather than practical. No open book exams are conducted. One can ask doubts to the concerned even after classes and during the classes. Quality of teaching is good. Scholarships are provided based on conditions like the family income, performance in qualifying exam...
