BIMTECH: the next best choice.
Placements: The placements each year increase, as the placement cell is really efficient here and provides 100% placement. Companies such as KPMG, Bain, Deloitte, and BlackRock come here. The average package is 1,300,000, and the highest package is 2,600,000, which, as a fresher, is good.
Infrastructure: Four types of courses are provided: General, IB, IBM, and RM. The hostel is really good, the food especially. The menu changes every month, and salad and sweets are complimentary. Hygiene is well-maintained here, and you get both AC and a theater. The quality is good.
Faculty: The curriculum is well-updated and has a balance between theoretical and practical exposure. They arrange port visits and other guest lectures regularly. The exam is in the trimester system, and it is a bit hectic, but you get to enjoy the parties which happen every 2 months.

Worth to take admission in BIMTECH.
Placements: The overall placements are 100%. The college is providing the best opportunities, and every person gets a good amount of chances to give interviews. The highest package is 24-25 lakhs, and the average package is 9-10 lakhs. All the MNCs like Accenture and Deloitte are coming to the campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in the college is the best. We have a big library that helps us stay updated with books and the newly constructed Bloomberg lab, which helps us get data for our study purposes. Along with the mess and canteen, which are very good, the infrastructure is totally worth it.
Faculty: The faculty are very helpful in nature. They will help you to the fullest extent. Even off-hours, faculty are ready to help. They are coming from the industry and are mostly Ph.D. holders, so the knowledge they provide is industry-relevant and helpful for the students.

Reality check of B-School: BIMTECH.
Placements: Of the 350–400 students, 30 are yet to be placed in the 2022–24 batch. The highest package is 22 lacs, the lowest is 6 lacs, and the average is 11 lacs. You will find a lot of insurance companies hiring students. The highest package the students got was from Blackrock, and the company that took the maximum number of students was Digit.
Infrastructure: Compared with other top B-schools, the infrastructure is not the best. There are a lot of unnecessary restrictions on the campus and hostel. They have LAN cables in the hostel. You have to reach the campus by 7:30 p.m., which does not make sense in 2024. Canteen timing is until 11 pm only. The boys hostel is 2 km away from the campus and the canteen in the hostel has limited food items. Food quality compared with top schools is better but you won't find non-vegetarian foods. The medical staff is not good. And limited facilities for sports and games.
Faculty: The curriculum at BIMTECH is average. But the faculty is excellent and helps the students when required. All the courses have great faculty with good qualifications. The director just got changed and everyone has high hopes for the new director. The curriculum can be improved. The whole management has changed, which can lead to significant improvement.
Other: The huge batch size makes it difficult for all the students to get placed. A lot of things can be improved on the campus, starting with the culture and mindset of the faculty and top-level management. They are living in a traditional world, which is not good for the growth of the students.

The college to make you corporate ready!
Placements: The placements are satisfactory, with many big industry names such as Marsh, KPMG, EY, etc. Recruiting from the college. The average package is around 12 LPA, and the highest was around 24 LPA. The roles vary across specialisation, but some common roles are consultant, senior consultant, sales manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, with the hostel and mess facility being top notch, and extremely hygienic. The classes are equipped with smart boards and there are multiple computer labs, and other tools to facilitate learning. The infrastructure for extra-curriculars is also extensive, with basketball, volleyball, and badminton court available on campus.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent and helpful, and are easy to reach even beyond class hours. The course is well designed and frequently reviewed to make sure that it is industry relevant. The learning is facilitated using case studies and industrial visit, teaching students the real world application of concepts.

Enriching learning, vibrant campus, excellent placements.
Placements: The placement process at BIMTECH is seamless and highly effective. A majority of students secure placements in reputed organizations across various domains. The highest salary package offered last year was INR 23 LPA, with an average of INR 8-10 LPA for most students. Companies like Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, and EY frequently recruit from BIMTECH. The placement cell provides excellent support, conducting mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and one-on-one guidance to ensure students are well-prepared. My experience with placements has been smooth, and the opportunities provided are remarkable.
Infrastructure: BIMTECH offers top-notch facilities for PGDM students. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards and ergonomic seating, ensuring comfort and interactive learning. The library is vast, featuring both physical and digital resources essential for management studies. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the campus, including hostels. The hostel facilities are excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, 24/7 security, and recreational areas. The mess serves hygienic, multi-cuisine meals, while the canteen offers a variety of snacks. Medical facilities, including a president doctor and tie-ups with nearby hospital, ensure student health and safety. Sports amenities include basketball courts, badminton courts, and a gym.
Faculty: The faculty at BIMTECH is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable. They use modern teaching methods, such as case studies and simulations, to ensure practical learning. The PGDM curriculum is industry-relevant and updated regularly, including certification and live projects to make students job-ready. Semester exams are moderate challenging but assess both theoretical knowledge and practical application. With rigorous preparation, most students perform well, and the pass percentage is consistently high.

BIMTECH is a good college for freshers. The average package is around 9-10 Lacs.
Placements: I am currently enrolled in the course. For internships, I would like to say right now the opportunities are less. However, placements for our seniors are going great. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Uniqlo, Marsh MClennan, and others are the top recruiters. Average package is around 9-10 LPA. Roles offered are management trainee. The college is the best for marketing.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in the college hostels, from AC to heaters in winter. We have full Wi-Fi connectivity on the entire campus. Two computer labs. A new Bloomberg lab has been started now. Well resource library is there. The facilities in the library are extremely amazing. Hostel rooms that are inside the campus are really good. The food, I would say, is amazing. We have a medical center as well. A lot of sports activities keep happening here throughout the year, like the BIMTECH Premier League, football matches, and much more.
Faculty: The faculty in our college is no doubt very knowledgeable. They are all qualified and have experience of more than 10 years on average. Teachers are really helpful. The curriculum of course is very relevant to what a management student should learn. We learn to work in teams and groups. We learn how to speak publicly and how to give presentations. We have a trimester system; the exams are of moderate level, and the pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose PGDM-IB to get exposure to the international aspect of business. I am learning about internal finance, international trade organizations, international trade investment, and a lot more. More placements from IB-related companies would be better. Events fests are really amazing; there is a fest every 3 days on average. Scholarships are given to students who get the highest marks in the class and to those who have high percentages in CAT or related exams.
