- The GATE 2025 registration process with late fee is closed now for admission to the MTech course. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
- CMAT 2025 registrations are open for admission to the MBA, PGDM, and MMS courses; the last date to apply is Dec 13, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam will be held on Jan 25, 2025.
- The MAT 2024 registration process for the December session is ongoing for PBT and CBT Phase 2 exams; the last dates are Dec 7 and Dec 15, 2024, respectively. Further, MAT 2024 CBT Phase 1, PBT, and CBT Phase 2 exams will be scheduled on Dec 7, Dec 14, and Dec 22, 2024, respectively.

BIMTECH admission 2025 is a multi-step process that involves various steps such as application, shortlisting, and fee payment. The admission process for the institute is done online. BIMTECH has got three categories for admission. 85% seats in all programmes are filled through merit/ general category while 5% seats are filled through ESCS (Economically & Socially Challenged Students) Category - (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Minority Communities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians/ Parsis & Jains) to bring social diversity in the class.
15% Concession to SC/ST and 7.5% Concession to OBC/Minority Communities in Hostel Accommodation Charges will also be given under this category. For the candidates under merit category, valid score in CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT and good performance in further selection stage is must. Rest 10% seats are open for Corporate/NRI sponsored & NRI candidates. Additionally, 45 seats are reserved under Supernumerary category.
Q: Can the final year Graduation students apply to BIMTECH?
Yes, candidates appearing in the final year examination of graduation (first attempt) in summer 2025 can apply subject to furnishing the proof of Graduation by October 31 of the admission year. Non-fulfilment of this condition or not scoring 50% marks in Graduation, will automatically result in the cancellation of the provisional admission without refund of the fee.

Additional weightage will also be given to candidates who have done Graduation from NIRF ranked (preceding year NIRF ranking) top 100 Colleges/ Universities/ Engineering Colleges.
*Weightage for work experience would ideally be given to a candidate only if he/she had worked in executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year as on 31/01/2024, in a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2022-23.
However, management reserves the right to relax this particular norm on the merit of the case, if the candidate is from a start-up, entrepreneurial or social organization.
# For getting regional weightage, submission of valid proof of residence is must. The domicile certificate issued by a competent authority or copy of passport/Aadhar etc. can be submitted as an additional document. (Applicable only to the candidates coming from other than UP & NCR Region).
#For getting ESCS category weightage, relevant certificate issued by a competent authority for EWS/SC/ST/OBC/Minority Communities (Muslim/Sikh/Christian/Buddhist/Parsi/Jain) has to be submitted. Management reserves the right to make minor changes to address diversity on gender and social parameters.

BIMTECH strictly follows AICTE guidelines as applicable on the date of receipt of application for refund of fee in case of admission cancellation. The present AICTE guidelines are as follows:
