It is the best college for entering the industry.
Placements: Around 100% of our batchmates are currently placed, with some even having 2 or 3 offers. The highest salary package is 13 LPA and the lowest is 3.36 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and TCS. All students have internships with the companies they are currently placed with.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available, including water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, with up-to-date lab equipment. We also have a good library with all the books from our courses and some extra books. The mess is the best part, with the food tasting as if it were cooked at home. All sports are available and are free to play. Other facilities include a gym.
Faculty: Teachers are masters in their respective fields. They are always available to help out in any way possible, with no restrictions on the timings on where and how to ask questions. They strongly believe in education above all else. The curriculum has recently been updated and contains the latest technology used in the industry.
Other: As computer science is in great demand nowadays, I got into the course as I had heard a lot about this college and it totally stood up to my expectations. All cultural events are organised to ensure participation by all. No fixed participation is there, but an open stage is provided for all to showcase their talents.

It is a great college but a little expensive.
Placements: This is one of the best colleges. All the teachers are familiar to students. I don't know much about the packages offered. Seniors are very good and friendly. All my classmates are helpful.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available. Wi-Fi facility is available for students with a limit of 1 Gb per day. It is a great facility. Classrooms are well-designed. All types of sports facilities are available. All the required labs are present, and they were accessible around 1 PM onwards, but we used to learn many things there.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and helpful. All types of activities which help the students in their mental and physical development are conducted. The most interesting subject was English because our teacher used to create a corporate environment in the class that would increase our confidence levels.

The college is worth of money and has a good atmosphere.
Placements: The placement is not very good, but compared with other colleges of Uttarakhand, we can say that it is good. For computer branch, there are many companies, but for electronics, there is no chance. The only name of Birla is there, and you have to go off-campus. If you have that name, then you can select anywhere.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are not that much good, but the crowd is not that much, and professors are good. The toilets are well-maintained and cleaned. around 5 to 6 students can easily go at a time. The labs are also very good. All the useful instruments are used in the engineering.
Faculty: The faculty for computer science group is absolutely very good, but electronics and communication are not good. If you want to do B.Tech in computer science, then you are most welcome, but for electronics, don't come. At last, the college is worth of money and environment is also very good.
Other: The name of the fest is Spectrum, and it is good.

Satisfied with my college.
Placements: The placements of Birla Institute of Applied Sciences is very good. Almost, 85% of the students got placed in big companies. Every year, the placement is between 80 to 85%. The companies like Adobe, Wipro, and Anchor came for the students to the college. The average package offered to the students was 3.60 lakhs per annum and goes beyond 12 lakhs per annum. It is clear that if a person wants to get placed, then Birla Institute of Applied Sciences is the best place for the placement of your ward.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and it has all important things like labs. There are mechanical, electrical, chemistry, computer, microprocessor labs that too well-equipped with instruments. The college Wi-Fi is very good with nice speed, and classrooms are well-furnished. The college also has an auditorium, gym, badminton hall, and common hall.
Faculty: All the faculty members of our college are well-qualified and know how the students will get that thing. They explain with a very good example so that every student understands everything. There are around 25-30 professors in our college, and our director is a very nice person, and he is well-qualified and knows what students need in the college. The course is completed one month before the exam so that students get maximum time to study and perform the best.
Other: In the college, events are conducted like quizzes and another sports tournament. The annual event of the college is the Spectrum, conducted in April which is a very good event.

The college has a well-reputed name, and the best part of the campus is its climate.
Placements: As the crowd is not much, the placement is easy here as compared to the other colleges. There are only 120 students in one batch. The placement co-ordinators are helpful and have good relationships with the companies. So overall, the placement of the college is good.
Infrastructure: As we discuss the infrastructure, no other private college can give this much good facility in this price or fee, where there are well-mannered labs and classrooms. The speed and limit of the Wi-Fi facility are good. The medical facility is good, as the doctor comes on an alternate day.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated and well-experienced. They know how to teach, and they focus on every student with their full determination. Because of this, the students have to pay attention to the lectures, so it becomes difficult for the students to bunk the classes.
Other: The atmosphere of the college is like home. The faculty members give their 100 percent to the students except a few.

A curriculum and exam oriented college which would only help you do trivial things.
Placements: The placements are average. Some regular companies along with some other good companies visit the campus. However, the TPOs are changed so placement scenario would surely change for the year 2018-19. Hence it is tough to say now about the placements. TCS is regular on campus. The highest placements are through off-campus only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good. You'll have to deal with old file systems. The classrooms don't have spaces for enough students. At least in my class. It is getting better with time, but it's still not up to the mark. However, a new building is being created so that the academic infrastructure would be better. The hostels and mess are worse and not at all flexible for vegetarians.
Faculty: There are some good faculty members, but others are just the worst. However, almost all of them are syllabus oriented and would do whatever necessary to kill whatsoever remaining enthusiasm remaining inside student regarding some innovation in subjects. If you have doubts, better search on the internet. The course curriculum is fully theoretical and not updated since last 10years or so. I had an internship offer from a top leading company, but the director said no directly without listening to me.
