It is the best college for entering the industry.

Faculty: Teachers are masters in their respective fields. They are always available to help out in any way possible, with no restrictions on the timings on where and how to ask questions. They strongly believe in education above all else. The curriculum has recently been updated and contains the latest technology used in the industry.

It is a great college but a little expensive.

Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and helpful. All types of activities which help the students in their mental and physical development are conducted. The most interesting subject was English because our teacher used to create a corporate environment in the class that would increase our confidence levels.

The college is worth of money and has a good atmosphere.

Faculty: The faculty for computer science group is absolutely very good, but electronics and communication are not good. If you want to do B.Tech in computer science, then you are most welcome, but for electronics, don't come. At last, the college is worth of money and environment is also very good.

Satisfied with my college.

Faculty: All the faculty members of our college are well-qualified and know how the students will get that thing. They explain with a very good example so that every student understands everything. There are around 25-30 professors in our college, and our director is a very nice person, and he is well-qualified and knows what students need in the college. The course is completed one month before the exam so that students get maximum time to study and perform the best.

The college has a well-reputed name, and the best part of the campus is its climate.

Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated and well-experienced. They know how to teach, and they focus on every student with their full determination. Because of this, the students have to pay attention to the lectures, so it becomes difficult for the students to bunk the classes.

A curriculum and exam oriented college which would only help you do trivial things.

Faculty: There are some good faculty members, but others are just the worst. However, almost all of them are syllabus oriented and would do whatever necessary to kill whatsoever remaining enthusiasm remaining inside student regarding some innovation in subjects. If you have doubts, better search on the internet. The course curriculum is fully theoretical and not updated since last 10years or so. I had an internship offer from a top leading company, but the director said no directly without listening to m...

Absolutely good college in limited facility reach of Bhimtal and affordable fees

Faculty: The faculty team consists of well-qualified professors with not only Indian but also foreign education and teaching experience. The faculty team consists of young and new brains as well as old and experienced people too. They are very helpful for any task or individual idea for any project brought to their desk. The discipline is well-maintained by them and regular hostel checkups are performed to sort out students' problems.

All about Birla Institute Bhimtal.

Faculty: The faculty members are quite good. But if you want to study in deep then there will be no faculty to help you. You have to study by yourself. The faculty members are highly educated, some of them are gold medalist from reputed universities. The labs in the Birla is also in good condition, each lab is up to date with the latest technology.

Join the college. But care, you have to give a little bit more if you want placements.

Faculty: The faculty team is average. There are few good teachers who are permanent. But for temporary faculty members, I say that the college has to give more focus on and please follow the feedback assessment form. They all have knowledge no doubt but some faculty members lack in communicating it. The registrar, Mr. G.K. Pant and Chhaterjee sir are inspiring.

A good college for average students.

Faculty: Currently, I am enrolled as a 2nd-year student in the department of electronics and communication engineering. Faculty members are very cooperative and helpfull at every instant as well as in education or in counselling. There are separate girls and boys counselling cells under the faculty members and also facilitated by some seniors. The method of teaching is also quite interactive but some of the faculty members are less interactive, There are both types of classes as per requirement of manual...

Worth spending 4 years here, but faculty disappointed most of us (almost all) studying here

Faculty: Students get the chance to learn from lecturers from other high institutes time to time but the student-faculty interaction was average. At least industrial visits are organised by the institute for final-year students. When it comes to teaching, the newly appointed faculty members use old school teaching methods but the experienced faculty members focus on the more practical approach.

Well to be really honest don’t expect very much from this college in terms of infrastructure, although it has the basic amenities. The atmosphere was pretty good when I passed out. The number of students was very less at that time, so everyone in the college new each other. The college was then a fully residential college. The faculty is ok. The college is situated in Bhimtal, near Nainital so you can pretty much guess that how the climate and atmosphere is, it’s awesome. Placements are also goo...
