BITM college is empowering future leaders through innovative education and technology.

Placements: In terms of placements, BITM santiniketan has a dedicated placement cell that helps students in finding suitable job opportunities. The college claims to have decent companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys , Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many others visiting the campus for recruitment. The average salary offered to students is around INR 3-4 LPA, while the highest salary package offered is around INR 10-12 LPA. However, the placement statistic vary year to year.

The college had good infrastructure but lab equipment is too old to work.

Placements: In my course the placement percentage is around 10. the highest package is 3lakh per annum And the lowest is 1.2 Lacs per annum. There are some local companies and dalmia bharat. Students are working as an intern in iocl, Sail, Tisco, etc. Top role is junior structural engineer.

Satisfactory experience and value for money.

Placements: The college has an average placement record. The average package offered is around 3-4 lakhs per annum. This college also provides distance learning programmes and non attending facility so that Diploma students can study while doing jobs simultaneously. Companies like TCS and Infosys are major recruiters.

Don't waste your time and money here.

Placements: I think around 40% of students got placed because many students don't want placements as companies don't offer good packages. Non-reputed companies come here. I don't know about packages as I didn't sit for placements. I haven't done any internship that college offered.

Our college provides just good placements but not very good.

Placements: Placements are good here, and none of the colleges gives assurance to provide 100% job opportunities. In our college, about 50% of jobs are available. There are good placements, but students have to try more to get a job. If you try more best, then you can't depend on college as you can try through other exams like AMCAT, eLitmus, etc.

I am very glad to be a part of this college.

Placements: The college has a separate placement cell. Every year, most of the students get placed in reputed companies which are located in Kolkata and outside West Bengal. Nowadays, it's very hard to find a job in this competitive world. However, the college provides a chance to enter the corporate world and provides opportunities for the students to achieve their goals.

Review of Bengal Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: Placements at BITM are very good, and the placement rate is growing at a good pace. The training and placement cell of the institute is really hardworking due to which all the students get placed easily. It is very helpful regarding vocational training and the final placements. The institute has very good tie-ups with industries, which helps the college to interact with good industry experts.

I'm very satisfied with this college because of its faculty and good placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. Various companies visit the campus for placements and hire the right candidates. The campus drives start from the 7th semester. Almost 75% of the students got placed in various companies during my tenure. I also worked for ZTE as a project coordinator.

I am dissatisfied because of the overall management of the college and placements.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were average, but the scenario drastically changed during our batch as the placements were very poor. This was mainly due to various administrative flaws that the management failed to address in the right time, and it's still not being able to figure out a solution.

The best college for freshers.

Placements: I am not going to say that our college provides very good placement opportunities. The placements are average. Placement opportunities are neither good nor bad. The companies which visit the campus to offer jobs to the jobseekers are good enough for freshers. But I think college should take care of this issue so that the placements will get better.

The college provides a beautiful ambience.

Placements: Placements here are very good. Renowned companies such as HP, Wipro, Infosys, Ashok Leyland and many other companies come every year to our college to recruit students with the required cutoff marks and performance. This year several students were recruited in many companies like TCS, HP, etc.

This college is perfect for taking education.

Placements: The placement opportunities are good, and about 20 companies visited the campus last year. About 50% of the selection rate is available. The companies such as TCS, Gammon India, Hindustan Unilever, Wipro, Dell, Amazon, Paytm, HCl, L&T, Simplex Infrastructures, etc., visit the campus. Pool campus, as this is the main campus of Camelia group, all the campusing is done at the main campus.

Partially dissatisfied because of placement and behaviours of faculty and management.

Placements: 15-20% only got placed from my college. My college had placement cell. Our placement cell management was very week and uninterested for students. Year by year placement percentage getting down. The highest salary was 4.8 lac and the lowest was 1.20 lac. During placement, Tcs, hdfc, infosys and other local company visited.

Faculty are not good enough, not a good placement, management is the worst, infrastructure is good.

Placements: None of our classmates is placed by college, such a poor placement and management never cares for placement. I haven't seen any good placement in my college since I joined the college. Lots of students are unemployed just because of this college's placement.

Dissatisfied with the placements, Faculty were average. really liked the ambiance and the Infra.

Placements: Starting with my batch placements, it was not that good, yes there is a placement cell which helps you to inform about the ongoing placements in different colleges and as my college is a part of camellia group so we got the opportunity of whole group campus placement, it was really helpful, some of the students were placed in good companies like TCS, Wipro, Erricson, Accenture etc. And about my senior batch was quite good or say a bit better than us.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the campusing.

Placements: There are zero placements. No campusing is done by the college. The college didn't give a link for campusing. They took lots of money and gave false hope. No company is ready to come here. The college management did not provide campusing charge or accommodation. We requested for AMCAT or ELITMUS exam, but it did not happen.
