NIRF 2024 Rankings are out. As per the latest NIRF 2024 rankings, BMS College of Architecture ranks #23 under the category 'Architecture and Planning'.
The Karnataka PGCET 2024 has concluded with the Final round seat allotment results declaration for BMS College of Architecture admission to MBA, MCA, MArch, and ME/MTech courses.
A few more updates are given below:
- The KCET 2025 exam dates have been announced for admission to the BE/BTech and BPharma courses. As per the schedule, the KCET 2025 exam will be held on Apr 18 & 19, 2025.
- The GATE 2025 admit card for admission to the MTech course will be available for download from Jan 7, 2025. Additionally, the GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

Q: Can students with a minimum cutoff for B.Arch. get a seat at BMS College of Architecture?
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or its equivalent, which is recognised by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. They should have achieved a score of 50% or higher in their qualifying B.Arch examination.
Q: Who all are eligible for B.Arch. at BMS College of Architecture?
The minimum eligibility for applying admission in B.Arch in BMS is that Candidate must be 10+2 passed with aggregate marks of 50% in physics mathematics and chemistry. Must be JEE Mains qualified conducted by NTA national testing agency every year.
Through COMED-K candidates must appear for NATA National aptitude test in architecture by council of architecture.
As per the merit of all registered students the final merit list is published for vacant seat in required programs
Q: What is the eligibility criteria for admission to M.Arch at BMS College of Architecture?
To be eligible for admission to the M.Arch programme at BMS College of Architecture, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Candidates must have a B.Arch or equivalent degree from a recognised institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates must qualify in the M.Arch admission test conducted by the college. The test includes questions to evaluate the candidate's drawing skills, aptitude for architecture, and knowledge of architecture and design.
• Candidates who have qualified in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) are also eligible to apply.
• The candidate must not be more than 28 years of age as on July 1 of the admission year. Age relaxation is provided as per government rules for reserved category candidates.
• Candidates must submit all required documents including mark sheets of qualifying degree, caste and category certificates (if applicable), photo ID proof, and passport size photographs.
• The candidate must also pay the applicable application fee at the time of applying for admission.
The final selection of candidates for admission will be based on the candidate's performance in the admission test, qualifying degree marks, and the number of seats available under different categories. Candidates are advised to check the official college website for detailed eligibility criteria and application process

Yes, NATA is compulsory for admission to BArch at BMS College of Architecture. Candidates willing for admission to the programme must qualify for the entrance exam with a good score. The qualfying candidates can participate in the COMED K counselling process for the final seat allotment.
