BIET is an autonomous college that has things on paper, but it does not act.

Placements: The placements of the college can be said to be at below par. A few mass recruiters visit the college. The T&P is an active body which invites companies to the college, but the administration is incompetent to make the HRs stick around. The students focus on further studies and can have visions of entrance exams like GATE and CAT during their four years of engineering. There are many placements for CS, IT & EC in terms of placements, but poor placements are there for other branches. The recruite...

Study well. Get placed well. Future secured.

Placements: 99 percent placement for Computer Science and engineering, and Information Technology branch. Good for other branches too. Aktu affiliated college funded by Uttar Pradesh government. Many companies such as wipro, hcl, tcs came to college and select many students of the campus at an average package of 2.5 Lacs.

An average college, but gives better engineers.

Placements: The placements are less to nill for the civil branch. Some companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit the campus. But, mostly, CSE, IT, ECE, students get placed but with not very satisfying packages. The highest package offered is about 7-8 lacs. The average package is 2-3 lacs.

Satisfying college according to fee structure.

Placements: The campus placement for the chemical engineering department in BIET is a problem, but you will get some by the pool campus. About 2-5 lacs and at least you can prepare for the GATE, and you can do best here. The placement here is only for the CS, IT and EC departments.

Good infrastructure, high-speed Internet, decent faculty, bad food, good placement for few branches

Placements: The placement in this college depends on the branch. The students of computer science, IT and EC are likely to get a job offer with a percentage of 80-90. Main companies that recruit the students are Wipro, Infosys, Adobe and TCS. The internship in this college is zero. Many students take part in off-campus placements. Placement packages: 9.5 lacs was the highest 4.5 lacs was the average 2 lacs was the lowest 15 lacs was offered to a student but the offer was declined. ...

Nice college with conducive studying environment, but lacks in placement and faculty teaching skill.

Placements: The on-campus placements were not good as there is a lack of recruiters visiting our college, but the off-campus placements were good. The maximum placements occurred in the branch of CSE, ECE, IT and somewhat in EE. About 40% of the students were placed on both the on-campus and off-campus placements. The highest salary offered was about Rs. 5.6 lakhs and the lowest was Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum. The companies visiting the college were Avanti, Venera, Newgen, etc. The companies like the TCS, Tech...

College of self-made stars as the on-campus placement is very low

Placements: Coming to placements, on-campus placements of this college are very low but a high percentage of students qualify GATE during their stay in this government college. It is the environment of the college which makes the student quite strong and tough so they start focusing on their future and can survive in future life.

Not satisfied with the placements and percentages in the college, good and well qualified faculties.

Placements: Very few placements in the college this time (2017). My senior batch in 2011 got very good placements. They had many packages like 6 lakhs per annum, 5 lakhs per annum. But this time (2017), no placements were there in the branches of mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering. Though in the branches information technology, computer science, and electronics engineering, they have good placements. Various companies visit the college like Tata Consultancy Service, Capge...

Dissatisfied with the faculty and placement scenario but overall this college is good.

Placements: The placement of CS, IT and EC are good. Almost more than half the batch is placed. The average package is 3.7 LPA with the maximum of 6.5 LPA. For all other core branches, the placement statistics are even worse. For the ME, CE and CH branches, the placement is almost zero. The placement officer and incharge of this college, being a government college, makes this worse. They do not perform their work and instead, they are more interested in corruption.

A bit satisfied but needs to improve its placement statistics in the case of civil and mechanical.

Placements: At present, if you are a student of CS, IT or EC, you have a fair chance of getting placed with a package of 3-4 LPA. There are nearly no placements for civil and mechanical branches. You can keep it as a last option, but it can be preferred above private engineering colleges. Companies like TCS, Samsung and Avanti are common recruiters.

Not recommended for those who have a good financial condition.

Placements: In 2016, only 55 were placed out of 250 students. Wipro and Capgemini call our college for poll campus at Lucknow and Kanpur respectively. The highest package is given by Avanti of Rs. 4 lacs. And the average package is of Rs. 3.1 lacs. And no transport facility is provided by the college.

A good infrastructure and below average placement.

Placements: Placements are not so good. So I never recommended to anyone. Only electronics engg, computer science and information technology branches got placed and rest are not placed. So can say average placements. There is no placement for mechanical engg, civil engg and chemical engg.

BIET is a UP government college.

Placements: Not very good placement record but half of the EE, EC, CS, IT are placed. Most of them are from CS and IT. Pool campus drives are being held by various companies for all UPTU government colleges, so competition to get a good job is tough. For good students, there are favourable chances to be placed. On an average 3.5 LPA is offered by most of the companies. Only a few companies offering above 5 LPA are going to come to our campus. About internship, I would like to say that if you try then you c...

Colleges are not to waste yourself, try living it.

Placements: Most of the companies turn down our request to visit the campus. If any, mainly IT companies hire from the campus like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, NewGen, etc. 30% students are placed. Salary is around 3.5 lakhs per annum for freshers. No companies offer on-campus internships. Students work hard on there to train themselves.

It is a good college as we have a lot of time to prepare for further studies or exams, we have good internet facility. One should not rely on college for placements, as not much companies come here for recruitments, especially for civil and mechanical.

The college has rich greenery and ecology. But the absence of permanent faculty and director is hurting the study level. The temporary faculty members are not upto the mark. The college has a good dispensary facility. The discipline level inside the premises is also appreciable. The placement is, however, dying for attention. It requires serious attention. Internet facility in college is awesome, provided through WLAN and WiFi.

Yes in the year 2015 faculty, infrastructure and placement all are absolutely good !

Placements: Biet gives placement to teach field mostly not core branches comparatively. College doesn't offer internship for students as study have to do to internship by itself ! Top company for my course is L&T. The highest package is 64 Lacs per annum and minimum is 1 Lacs.

Placements: Placement at Biet jhansi is not so good .The average pacakge of Cse is below avrerage of average. In this college you must have the need of your own skills and source for placement,Here proff.are not good they don't want to teach ,they just teach under pressure.
