Not recommended for those who have a good financial condition.

Placements: In 2016, only 55 were placed out of 250 students. Wipro and Capgemini call our college for poll campus at Lucknow and Kanpur respectively. The highest package is given by Avanti of Rs. 4 lacs. And the average package is of Rs. 3.1 lacs. And no transport facility is provided by the college.

A good infrastructure and below average placement.

Placements: Placements are not so good. So I never recommended to anyone. Only electronics engg, computer science and information technology branches got placed and rest are not placed. So can say average placements. There is no placement for mechanical engg, civil engg and chemical engg.

Not up to the mark. College needs to improve a lot.

Placements: Only three companies came at that time and only 21 students got selected from more than 400 students. TPC cell needs to work a lot for this field as they need to invite more and more companies so that the moral of the students can boost up.

Full of opportunities and for really effort-making people.

Placements: Placement record of electrical engineering department in BIET is not up to the mark and probably we will need to go for off-campus placement in IET Lucknow or HBTI Kanpur. We prefer to fight for GATE exam for better career oportunities in PSU. You can also go for M.Tech. It's a decent choice.

BIET is a UP government college.

Placements: Not very good placement record but half of the EE, EC, CS, IT are placed. Most of them are from CS and IT. Pool campus drives are being held by various companies for all UPTU government colleges, so competition to get a good job is tough. For good students, there are favourable chances to be placed. On an average 3.5 LPA is offered by most of the companies. Only a few companies offering above 5 LPA are going to come to our campus. About internship, I would like to say that if you try then you c...

Fundamentally good infrastructure, knowledgeable but lazy teachers and best Internet facility.

Placements: I am in the final year right now. In my batch basically, the EC, EE, CS and IT students are being placed. About 30%-35% students are placed right now. About our senior batch, the condition was better. About 90% students got placed except the students from CE, CH and ME branch. The highest salary was 5 lacs from Idea Cellular, the lowest salary was about 2.9 lacs, and the average salary was 3-3.5 lacs. For our batch, the highest, lowest and average packages are 4.5 lacs, 3.0 lacs and 3.5 lacs re...

Colleges are not to waste yourself, try living it.

Placements: Most of the companies turn down our request to visit the campus. If any, mainly IT companies hire from the campus like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, NewGen, etc. 30% students are placed. Salary is around 3.5 lakhs per annum for freshers. No companies offer on-campus internships. Students work hard on there to train themselves.

If you want to go for higher education, you are welcome, otherwise reconsider with other options.

Placements: BIET is an autonomous government engineering college. The placements here are not so fabulous, but especially the computer science students get placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, Adobe, etc. The students get an average package of 3-4 LPA, and the highest package is 9 LPA this year. Every year, more than 75% students get placed via on-campus placement drives or pool drives. Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro and Infosys are the mass recruiters for this college. Other companies like Adobe, Mah...

The college has good campus. Faculty members are also good. Placement is very poor. Hostel facilities are average. Fee is little bit higher than other colleges. If you are a person who has to opt for gate and higher studies, then you should go for it. Else for placement and desire life of big cities, it's not good.

BIET is one of the best engineering institutes in Uttar Pradesh. The campus area is very huge but infrastructure is not so good. Faculty members of the institute are very intelligent. Placement is very good and maximum students get campus placement. Industry exposure is awesome. There are so many workshops and seminars for the motivation. A huge library and awesome auditorium. A big playground. Hostels are neat and clean. A particular place for hangout. Classes are conducted as per the rules.

Classes are conducted as per the rule. Hostels are neat and clean. There are lots of seminar and conferences for students. Placement is very good, I am highly satisfied. Industrial exposure is also very good.

It is a good college as we have a lot of time to prepare for further studies or exams, we have good internet facility. One should not rely on college for placements, as not much companies come here for recruitments, especially for civil and mechanical.

Its good but some improvements are necessary, regarding placements and administration. Faculties need to give more focus on teaching and students are also required to focus on studies rather than unwanted activities. More companies are required to visit for campus selection and for all branches, not only for some specific branch.

BIET Jhansi is a government college of UPTU. The college is good because only sharp minded people get opportunity to study here. Placement is not so good. But from fee perspective it is a good college. Self-study is key to success. Infrastructure is good enough. It has a vast campus area with a central playground. But food provided is not so good. It is a good college if you are financially weaker. Faculty is not good enough.

Awesome campus. Great college for B.tech students. College has a great record of GATE exam. Nearly 3 or 4 students every year got under 1000 rank, and all of the seniors are placed in govt. sector. College provides high speed internet 24*7. There are 4 separate hostels for b.tech students and also 2 girls’ hostel with high security for girls. The faculty members are too strict. There is a sports meet named pace in which students try to show their sports skills and a cultural fest named Utsav. Th...
