BIET Jhansi is one of the Government Colleges in UP State Government. It is quite a good college in the Bundelkhand region. I studied there in Civil Engineering Branch and was quite impressed with the faculty available there for Civil Engineering Department. Campus is good. There are 4 Boys Hostel, different for different year students, two girls hostel, one big auditorium, a big central playground and many more. For third year and final year students, there are single seater rooms which is awes...

College is good and nice infrastructure but lack of atmosphere for innovation. You will able to find good hostel life and students.it situated on Jhansi-Kanpur highway just about 5 km far from Jhansi bus stand. Every year have separate hostel so total 4 hostel for boys and 2 hostel for girls. Every department has its own forum and councils and other than this LSC, CSC and FAH are three other councils of college which provide better and large platform for extracurricular activities for students...

Placements: About 80% of the students get placed on campus. The rest opt for higher studies, while some get placed off-campus as well. The highest package was 56 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and the average is around 5 - 6 LPA. Wipro, and Infosys are top recruiters. About 50% get internships.

Placements: There are very limited offers like tcs and Wipro for the computer Science and engineering branch you cannot expect above below avg about your dream from this college I didnt hear about anyone who is doing internship in any company in my last 15 months period in this college .

Placements: Biet gives placement to teach field mostly not core branches comparatively. College doesn't offer internship for students as study have to do to internship by itself ! Top company for my course is L&T. The highest package is 64 Lacs per annum and minimum is 1 Lacs.

Placements: Placement at Biet jhansi is not so good .The average pacakge of Cse is below avrerage of average.In this college you must have the need of your own skills and source for placement,Here proff.are not good they don't want to teach ,they just teach under pressure.

Placements: Our campus Students record is too good some are having their own companies. Some are working in google, microsoft and having a decent package. Our college students are also having the a good GATE exam record. Some of Students of our college have opened their own companies.

Placements: Mostly CSE/IT students are placed in campus. The lowest placement offer is around 3 lacs/pa and the highest is 10 lacs/pa. Top recruiting company is Adobe. Mostly student get internships on their own through various platforms, the college constitutes a little less in that.

Placements: The placement of core branch companies were aprox 10%. But for those who only want job in any sector for them they have 70% opportunity. But right now I have heard that for core also the % increase to 50%. They have link up to companies to recruit.

Placements: In case of placement in my college, only two students were placed last year in mechanical engineering. But the placement of other branches like Computer Science and Information Technology is good enough. About 50% of students got placed. But core branches like mechanical, civil, electrical have very few placements.

Placements: In my college, there is a large number of people who job in IT companies. There is a large number of students who pursue their dream of joining IES and PSU. They got a very good rank in GATE from our college. In IT companies, they got a job with an average package of around INR 5 LPA to INR 6 lacs per annum.

Placements: In the mechanical engineering branch, 30 percent of students got placed. Some automobile companies visited and also thermal power plant companies visited for our branch. This year the highest package offered up to INR 6 Lacs per annum and also some students tried for off-campus.

Placements: The placement cell is very good here. In our senior batch, 50 students out of 60 got placed, but some of them are through off-campus. Many companies that visited here for hiring students are Wipro, Mahindra Finance, Infosys and many others. All students got an internship from our college, and almost 60% of the students got an average stipend.

Placements: In our college, the placement cell is much better. Many companies visited here to recruit students. Many IT companies visit here and hire students with good salary packages. Many of our seniors are working in reputed companies like Infosys and Wipro. I think around 80% to 90% of the students get internships through our college, while other students will apply through off-campus for internships.

Placements: Placement opportunities are provided accordingly. Our college provides equal opportunities for all students, and students here just strive to improve themselves and their standards. Placements are also conducted by high-level companies.

Placements: 50% of our seniors has been placed through campus placement. There is only few (1-2) companies came in my college for campus placement .The highest package my seniors get is 3 lakh and average package would be approximately 2.4lakh. Lowest salary package is 2 lakh.
