Different types of scholarships:
Tuition fee waiver: Economically weaker and merit scholarship for students above 95% full fee waiver
The Management as a mandate of its philanthropic initiatives has provided the facility of fee waiver for meritorious and deserving students in each academic year. Tuition Waiver/ free ship- All undergraduate and post graduate scholarship holders shall be entitled to a tuition waiver. Students who have scored above 82% are eligible for 90% tuition fee waiver, and above 90%.
Tuition fee waiver is also provided to the students belonging to economically weaker section. Such students are provided to pay only 30% of the tuition fee.
Endowment Scholarships: 5% to 10%
Endowment scholarships shall be instituted in the name of the donors/philanthropists/family donations and the like. These scholarships depend on various factors like availability of funds, donors etc.
Financial Assistance for sibling(s): 10%-20%
Scholarship of 10-20% of tuition fee is applicable for the siblings of the present students/alumnus of CBBJC. The student has to provide the identity card of the sibling, copy of degree certificate.
The scholarship is eligible to the student if the sibling has completed the degree/PG in CBBJC.
Scholarship for differently abled student: 10%-20% (provision made)
Scholarship of 10-20% of Tuition fees is applicable for the differently abled student on submission of following documents / condition:
The student has to submit the certificate of handicap issued by the Competent Authority at State / National Government Hospital / Board (as per the guidelines issued by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India).
Scholarship for the ward of the employees of CBBJC : Up to 30%
The scholarship shall be applicable to the wards of the employees of CBBJC and this shall be applicable on all the programs offered by CBBJC.
Total amount of scholarship shall not exceed the total amount of tuition fee.
The Scholarship shall be applicable till the employee is serving the College and shall be withdrawn when the employee leaves CBBJC.
Scholarship policy for excellence/achievement in sports: Up to 20%
The scholarship amount will be awarded as per Sports Quota Scholarship policy which is applicable on Tuition Fee only. The Sports Scholarship in subsequent years of the program will be reviewed on annual basis.
To continue the scholarship, a student would be required to participate actively at University / professional level sports activities of the order at least for which the student has been granted scholarship in first year.
Scholarship for students opting for higher education in CBBJC- Up to 10%
Scholarship of 10% of Tuition fees for the students graduating/graduated from CBBJC University and opting for a higher program in CBBJC without any gap on submission of following documents:
a. College ID Card
b. Copy of Provisional Certificate issued in the same year / Grade Card (all semesters)
Other terms and conditions for the Scholarships:
1. The student is eligible for grant/grants or more than one scholarship if the total amount does not exceed the tuition fees for the year..
2. The scholarship will stand cancelled and all financial support will be recovered by the institution, if at any stage, it is found that the student has concealed, suppressed or distorted any information or misguided the Selection Committee for grants/ scholarship.
3. In case of any issue/representation/clarification, the decision of the Management/ Principal will be final and binding.
4. The Management /Committee reserve the right to change the scholarship policy as per its
discretion.
5. A student leaving the Institute on his/her own accord without completing the prescribed program of study may be required to refund the amount of scholarship received by him/her in that academic year.
6. No scholarships will be paid for the month subsequent to the one in which the student completes the examination of all prescribed courses

CB Bhandari Jain College admissions are merit-based. For courses such as BCom, BBA and MCom, aspirants need to pass the last qualifying exam with 50% aggregate. For MCom, in case of SC/ ST/ CAT-1 students and PWD students, there will be relaxation of 5% in the minimum required percentage of marks.
