It is one of the top colleges in BBSR and famous for good infrastructure, placements and faculty.

Placements: Almost all students from our previous batch got placed, and even in our batch, almost all students got placed. Many companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Tech Mahendra, Bosch and many other companies visit our campus for placements and hired many students. They provided a good salary package to students and even they give offer letter on time.

Satisfied as we got every facility and good infrastructure to grow ourselves.

Placements: Placements were average during my tenure. About 250 students got placed in different ITs and MNCs like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS. Some of the leading core companies like Vedanta, Voltas also visited our campus to recruit the students. The placement cell was good here. The highest salary package offered at that time was 6.5 LPA. Moreover, less than 50% of the students got placed through campus placements.

The college is good for education, but a bit expensive.

Placements: Placements for our batch on average was good. Almost 30% to 40% of students got placed. Most of them got 2 to 3 jobs in different companies with a salary package of 3 to 3.5 LPA. Rest of the students were not placed. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys visited our campus for placements. They offered the role of either a system engineer or system analyst.

The college is academy driven, and placements are amazing.

Placements: Around 65% of students got placed from our batch, and around 70% of students from our senior batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was 8.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.2 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, cognizant, etc., visited our campus for placements. Jobs were offered mostly in the IT domain sector. Students have to find internships on their own. There is a placement cell in our college.

Placements were good in 2015.

Placements: Placements were very good during our tenure. Many companies visited the campus for mass recruitment for the first time. Most of the students of our batch were placed in IT companies. I don't know about the salaries they offered. Internships were not given much importance.

It is a great college for engineering, especially for CS and IT branches.

Placements: More than 30 companies have already visited our college and more will be coming in the next month or so. Getting a job depends on the student and is about the efforts they make to get a job. No college can give you a guarantee of a job unless you are prepared.

Review of C.V. Raman College of Engineering.

Placements: Only the computer science and information technology students get placements, and for other branches, very few companies visit the campus to hire them. Most of the students opt to prepare for competitive exams.

The college is good, but the facilities are not enough for the fee we paid.

Placements: From my batch and my senior batch, some of the students are still struggling for placements. The college is not taking any interest in providing placements. During my admission, they said that the college will provide 100% placements. For placements, they charge extra Rs. 1 lacs apart from fees. But, none of the students got placed.

Placements: The college provides very good placements with good quality training. The college provides the best opportunities for students to get placed with a good salary package. The high percentage of students get placed in the most reputed companies in India like Tata and many others.

Placements: The college offers an ample number of opportunities for you to get placed if you work sincerely. The major recruiting companies include Capgemini, Infosys and Wipro visited the campus for the students of the CS and IT departments. I suggest one not to take admission in CVRCE.

Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. The placement process is very bad. The training provided is not much good. They do not focus on the technical skills of students. Placement officer and staff are very rude and not helpful. The college claims for providing 99% placements, but in reality, it is 40-50%.

Placements: The average salary package offered in the college was around 4 LPA. But if you are good at coding, then you will get placed in some startup companies where they offer a salary package around 8 LPA. Students of CSE, IT, etc., branches get placed easily rather than core branches. So, if you are opting for other branches except these, then you should forget about placements, rather go for higher studies. Almost 70% of the seniors of these branches got placed.
