Good infrastructure and nice course curriculum as well as emphasised practical study. Nice.

Placements: According to the original stage of jobs these days, CVRCE provides a better platform to the youth. It has a very good placement system. Students get selected in flocks. Last year TCS took 45students. Wipro got 32 and Infosys got 25. It is a good number. It emphasises the soft skill training as well as course pattern. Overall a nice institution.

It is good choice if you are bound by geographical boundaries. It provides a good overall college.

Placements: Placement is almost certain for those who meet the minimum eligibility criteria. That is 60% throughout the career. The placement team is quite helpful in training and preparing candidates for the interviews. Mainly software companies come for placements viz Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini etc. Almost every one them offer the same 3lpa.

It is a good environment to study.

Placements: I don't know much but I have heard that placement are good in our college. It is good for those who are hardworking and focused on career. Companies like Bosch, Infosys, TATA, etc. visit the campus. College sends students for internship and training.

Not satisfied with the College and it's curriculum.

Placements: Placements have not been very good for the passed out batches. For IT branch the placement has been around 30-40%. The average salary is same of 3.25 while the highest has been 9 LPA which was given by SAP in off campus. The companies that visited were Infosys, Cognizant, GSK, Wipro and Bosch along with some other companies that the college took for off campus.

It holds a good name in Odisha among all private colleges.

Placements: During my graduation time, the market was a bit down, but still, approximately 50% of the students got placed in campus drives. However, most of them were IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Even most of the students from other branches also joined IT firms as there were very few core companies. The CTC offered varied from 1.8 LPA to 5.5 LPA. Most of the IT firms offered approximately 3 LPA during that time. However, in last 4 years, the campus placement has significantly increased.

A fine college with good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Students are getting placed in companies, but the number of students getting placed is moderate. Around 30% of the students got placed this year. Batches before this had a better percentage of people getting placed, like 50 to 60 percent. Placements are offered mainly in software departments. For core branches like civil and mechanical, the placements are very low like every other college in India. 8 lacs per annum was the highest package offered, and the average was around 2.5 lacs per annum. C. v raman college of engineering.

Placements: Placement is not so good but if you deserve you will get. Most of the students get placed in IT sector. so basically if you are good in C you will also get placed. Last two year placement was not so good may be because of recession in the IT sector for Software companies.

"A Dream College" -The dream college were every student wants to get into.

Placements: For all the branches the companies provide a fair chance for placing the students in there companies. Our college provide students from different branches with the most compartible companies having great ambience and packages as well. MAQ provided internship of stipend Rs 20k. Many core and IT companies come up to the college. Average salary is 3.5 Lacs.90 % of students get qualified for interview. There is a placement cell quite active. There is no paid internship being offered to the engineering students.

Extremely dissatisfied with the college placements.

Placements: Placement is the worst in this college for mechanical engineers. Placement in IT sector is good. Most of the companies are IT companies. Around 70% student got placed only in IT. The lowest salary is 12000. No one got internship from college. The placement cell is good.

Not good college. Don't join in this college.

Placements: In this college, the placement scenario is good for IT and CSE department but the number decreases with other departments. The ETC branch is also having a good placement record. Most students prefer to go on the computer line as the placement is good rather than their departments.

More than average college in terms of technical education for the eastern region.

Placements: Of all the branches I have noticed the placement percentage of chemical have been 90-95%. In our batch too it is 92%. Both in Core and Software. But it will be good if you know crack through Software placements than it become easy for you because you know tenaion is released and you can manage for the upcoming core exams.

A nice college with good placements, and also, it is well-disciplined.

Placements: The college brings very good placement, and many companies signed MOU like Tata Group and Bosch. Even core branch students get same privileges as software student, so in a nutshell, our college has a good placement record as well as the future is also great. Many average students also get placed as lots of opportunities are given to us. Our placement cell conducts pre-placement training programme since the 3rd year, to make us able to go into all rounds of placement properly. So, at last, I can ...

A good college for pursuing B.Tech, but the university is the worst.

Placements: Around 200 students out of 1000 got placed in the software companies. Around 15 to 16 core companies visited the campus. In 2016, the placements were very high, but due to recession in IT sector, the number of placements was less as compared to 2016 batch. Infosys, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra are the mass recruiters. Voltas is for core sector students.

Reality of our college. The placements, and the bonding of the students and faculty are good.

Placements: The placements in my college are above average. During the recession period too, most of the reputed companies like Infosys, Bosch, Wipro, Voltas etc., have come for the placements and hired a substantial number of students. Our college provides internship facilities in some companies so that students will be benefited and placed under that company. CV Raman College of Engineering also conducts pre-placement training classes, before the campus drive which are highly beneficial.

If you wanna enjoy a engineering life then must go there.

Placements: Software company will hire instead of mechanical engineer. Some core companies are coming every year like voltas, Bosch. They will teach you about GD & PI. For teaching how to counter and tackle a GD&PI experts come from other states. Placement is nearly about 55% Student on average overall streams. Average package goes every year, till I was present there, 4.2 Lacs.

Right place if one has a definite future plan coupled with Hard Work and dedication.

Placements: The placement in our college is moderate. If one takes the pre placement drives seriously then, along with ample amount of practice, he/she can easily find a seat inn these companies. On an average 8 to 10 companies take part in the placement drive each year. Still, the number of students placed from EE branch is quite less ( under 10 out of 180). .

Satisfied with the faculties and placement cell and infrastructure with good connectivity by road.

Placements: Last year it was not a good placement scenario, only about 250 to 300 students got placed with average package of 2.5 Lacs. The highest package was about 4.8 by Volta's which recruited 5 students only. This year it seems good placement drive as the placement cell is making hard effort and students are also responding well to the recruiters. Hope this year it would be healthy placement scenario.

Placements: We have assured to get good campus placement before doing admission here. But here we are at our end of the B.Tech. We haven't event got a single campus yet neither we ae going to get in the remaining days. We have also forced to register for the third party job providing media such as Amcat, CoCubes etc. We have paid for that as well. But didn't even appear for a single branch oriented job.
