Today, studying engineering in the best college or any other college is the same.

Placements: Only software related companies were brought to the campus placements. Some of my friends who were selected in the campus recruitment didn't even get the job call until now. I myself attended a company's entrance test in my college. The company's name was Steel Forging, a Chennai based company. The paper was very easy. A person who has many backlogs also may pass it easily, and that too everyone copied the exam.

The real look of the Chaitanya Engineering College.

Placements: The placements here are good, and mainly all have equally participated in the placements. The faculty will inform the students and help in doing well the placements. We also got mechanical core placements and a software non-core jobs. The placements here went well, and many got jobs.

I am fully satisfied with the college in all the aspects.

Placements: The placements are good and comfortable for almost 70-80% for a batch. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Capgemini and some others visit every year with good packages. Also, you can expect good companies to visit as new companies are showing interest every year.

Chaitanya Engineering College is the best for doing engineering in Visakhapatnam.

Placements: Many placements have been given by many international and national companies and industries, and many students were placed in these placements. The college is too encouraging. They are giving awesome support to the students by involving motivational speeches. The salaries offered for B.Tech students are in between Rs. 15,000-20,000 by many companies. Supervisor, manager, foremen and many other roles were offered to students for their particular branch.

CEC is the best college. Best to take quality education. Highly recommended.

Placements: Awesome place to learn new things. The faculty are very good. There is a friendly environment. Inter-college competitions were held every year, and we won many awards. Seniors are like close friends. The companies like Emphasis, Teleperformance, Genpact etc. visited for campus placements.

Satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: Out of the 100 students, 20 will get the placement. Very few companies will visit the college. Mostly, the ECE, EEE and CSE students will get the placement. For my batch, there are no placements. In my senior's batch also no placement is provided. I don't know about the salaries offered to the students. No stipend is offered. TCL, Infosys, etc., are the companies that visited the campus.

Just for degree and campus recruitment

Placements: Very low core based job placements. But opportunities will be there for every person who will succeed in their academic performance. 50-60 students were placed every year from all departments. 20,000-50,000 salary will be offered. Several IT and software companies came to our college. They will recruit in the technical department.

Good increase in the placement rate but highly dissatisfied with the teaching methods

Placements: The intake by the companies is increasing year by year. The number of MNCs coming to college is very less. As far as I know, the highest salary is 3.5 LPA and are taken under programmers and the least is 1.5 LPA from BPOs. Companies like Capgemini, Amazon (service-based), Tech Mahindra, etc. The college does not offer any internships and hence, no stipend.

Good college, facilities and faculty.

Placements: Some small companies came for placements and 30% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary was 6 lakhs and the lowest salary was 2 lakhs. TCS, Virtusa, Capgemini, HCL, Abiya Soft and Airtel. They offered many kinds of roles like development and testing, IT audit, hardware and networking, and BPO. 40% of students got the internship in our college.

Good in some aspects but not that much in faculty and technical knowledge.

Placements: During the time of our admission (2012), the college was actually good with faculty, placements but after completion of our 1st year, our college has gone worse. In our seniors' batch, 1 member got placed among 140 members and coming to our batch, it was 0 and is still like that.

College is good for average students and toppers.

Placements: Placements will be only for the people who are in the software stream. As the college is from the Chaitanya Group, you will be getting many MNCs for placements. You will be paid a minimum of 20,000. ECE and CSE students will be getting placements if they are talented.

Chaitanya Engineering College is a temple of learning. It is implementing hostel facilities.

Placements: So many recruitment programs were done in Chaitanya Engineering College, especially for CSE, ECE and EEE branches. In 2017, many students got placed in a majority of companies. My senior batch also got good campus placements in software companies. But for mechanical and civil branches, there were no more core-related campus drives. But some companies like Tech Mahindra and Infotech companies recruited some mechanical and civil branch students.

The surrounding is fully green and peaceful. I am fully satisfied with my college.

Placements: Placements in our college are good and our seniors are well settled down in good companies. The students with 65% above are well settled. The salary offered is 10k to 13k because we are freshers. The companies that visited our college are Infosys, Capgemini, Patra, and other MNCs and BPOs. The kind of roles that were offered to the students are good. The students with above 70% got an internship in the steel plant BHPV, HPCL and Shipyard. The stipend offered was 5k to 7k. ...

An awesome college with a good environment.

Placements: The placements of my batch were too poor in core companies. The placements for CSE were awesome and there are many companies who offer jobs for EEE & ECE as well. Around 40% students were placed as per my knowledge. The average salary offered is around 4 lakhs per annum. Companies like HCL, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Techsoft, Infotech, Amazon, etc. recruited the students.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and good placements in 2017.

Placements: The placements are good from last 5 years, nearly seventy percent of students are placed in last 2-3 years. The highest, lowest and average salary offered are 5 LPA, 1.5 LPA and 3 LPA. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Capgemini, Cisco, Amazon, etc. The roles offered were software developer, system engineer, networking engineer, etc. Nearly 70% students got internships with a stipend of 10k per month.

Placements: Placement in software were good. Electrical and mechanical placement were not up to the mark but the campus training was good. Soft skills and personality development class will be good. The average salary offered is 5 LPA to my seniors.

Good in terms of infrastructure and faculty but dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: Most of the companies that have visited our college are ITES/BPO companies. All they are expecting is good communication skills. Even though there are a few MNCs like Tech Mahindra, most of the selected candidates don't get a mail about their selection after the HR round. The salary range offered by MNCs is 2.4 LPA during probation and after training, it will be hiked to 3 LPA. Coming to the case of ITES, they are offering 2 LPA at maximum and the job location is surely out of the city. Other th...

Placements: The placements are very less for my batch. According to my knowledge, nearly 10-15 students are placed in various companies which include both on and off campus drives. Coming to my seniors, they are a bit better than us as 20-25 students are placed in my senior batch. This does not mean they are well-placed as they are just placed in small companies with an average salary. Peaceful atmosphere. Best place for studies.

Placements: There are many campus placements for computer science engineering students, even though students of other departments can also attend them. There have been many pool campus selections in past years in my college. Training is provided on the CRT i.e. campus recruitment training. Around 50 companies visited in the last year.
