Join this college to build a bright future.
Placements: I joined in 2019 batch. I secured 5000 rank in KCET and got admission in this university. Many private and seed companies hire students for the role of agriculture officer and AAO.
Infrastructure: Good hostel facility is provided with proper rooms and water facility. Separate hostels are there for girls and boys inside the campus. The distance from hostel to college is not much. The college has smart classrooms.
Faculty: Teaching faculty is excellent and knowledgeable. Every teacher is an expert in his/her subject. The course curriculum is relevant and internal exams are easy to pass. The pass percentage in external out of 50 marks is 25.
Other: I love this course as I enjoy spending time with plants. The course can be improved by providing more practical knowledge. College day, Krishi Mela programmes, etc. are organized. Vidhya Siri scholarship is provided to those who need it. For general category, Merit scholarship is given by the university.

You can join here if you like agriculture.
Placements: Around 5 or 6 students are placed in our course. The salary offered in our course is Rs. 25000 per month to 40000 per month. Top recruiters are banks, seed companies, fertiliser companies, pesticide companies, etc. No internships are provided at this college. The main role offered is sales officer. From here, promotion is in the hand of the applicant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have moderate-sized classrooms with digital screens. Labs are provided with all the necessary equipment. We get good practical exposure here. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. We have a digital library. The hostel is not good. We face a water supply problem. They charge a lot for the mess food. The mess food is not that good. We have a small dispensary on our campus, and an ambulance facility is also provided. Sport has a lot of scope in our college. Many of our seniors, juniors, and batchmates have represented our college at the national level.
Faculty: Teachers are not that cooperative, except for a few. The teaching quality is good. Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. This course curriculum is relevant and makes us ready for both the government sector and the private sector, i.e., we become industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult if one studies properly. The pass percentage is more than 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I had no other options. The best thing about this course is the interaction with farmers. Most of the course is completed in the fields.

Academics are good here, but placements and campus life are not up to the mark.
Placements: Less than 5% of students are placed. The average salary offered is Rs. 20000 per month to Rs. 25000 per month. Top recruiters are seed companies, fertiliser companies, etc. No internships are offered in this course or on campus. The top role offered is sales officer. The promotion is in the hand of the applicant.
Infrastructure: The campus is average. Hostels are good, but people from outside the state may find some difficulty in adjusting to the hostel food. The library facilities are good. It is the highlight of the campus. It has two floors with study rooms on each. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Computers with internet access are available. Classrooms are in moderate condition. Lab facilities are also available. Sports have more scope here. We have facilities for football, athletics, volleyball, and basketball. Indoor games have great scope here.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, and they support students in all possible ways. They provide theory as well as practical knowledge. Some teachers lack practical knowledge and make the students stick to only academic knowledge. Students can get the proper education.

Partially satisfied because of faculty and good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Less than 5% of students got placed. The average package offered is 20,000-25,000 per month. Seed companies, fertilizer companies, etc., come here for placements. No internships are offered in this course. The main roles offered are sales officer, and from there, promotions are in the hand of the applicant.

Absolutely perfect for those who study hard and dream of getting good jobs.
Placements: For the selection, merit as well as different quotas matter here. In the general category, students under the KCET ranking of 5,000 can get placements here. Through all other different quotas, few students under the ranking of 14,000 can get placements here. It can be rated 4-stars because it is the top 3rd college in the state. So, the placements are slightly difficult to achieve.
Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent and are available at a low cost. Discipline is maintained in classrooms, library, hostel and labs. Every day, we get a variety of meals. Our seniors are not rude, and they talk with us and help us. On Sundays, we play games along with them.
Faculty: This course is the best of everything. So, we need to study a lot. But it is easy to study here. All the lecturers are talented and highly experienced. We study about 12 different courses like plant physiology, microbiology, genetics, biochemistry, agronomy etc.
Other: B.Sc. agriculture is a course where everyone gets placed or creates jobs. There are a lot of back up plans. We have NSS and yoga classes. We have a monthly fest in our hostel.
