Best faculty members and mentors.

Placements: Only thirty percent students were placed in the last session. The companies hire very few students every year. They take interviews before selections. Internships are also provided by these companies. Top recruiters are Capgemini, Concentrix and HCL. Mainly junior engineer roles are offered.

A very good college for engineering.

Placements: My placement experience was positive, with numerous companies visiting our campus for recruitment every year. The average package in our course is 5 LPA, and last year, the highest package reached 14 LPA. Students are required to maintain a good CGPA for better placement opportunities. Internships are also facilitated during the placement season.

It is a good engineering college .

Placements: Every year, hundreds of students get placed in our course with an average package of INR 6 LPA. Placement and internships are provided on the basis of a CGPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, TCS, etc. These companies also interview candidates before their selection.

Good college for B.Tech.

Placements: Our placement record is very good for our college. Lots of companies recruit from our college, including MNCs. In the last session, placement rates were around 60 percent. The top recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, Wipro, etc. These companies offer an average package of INR 5 LPA. Internships are not provided by the college so students have to find them on their own.

Review of the Red Lady College of Engineering, Guindy.

Placements: Like all other colleges, placement is there for everyone but the salary package is important. About 40% of students got sure placements with a high salary package of 15 LPA and so on. Mostly, the passed outs will make a start up or partner with a start up. Some will enter into cinema and entertainment or YouTube fields like our blacksheep team.

Our college needs to improve its infrastructure.

Placements: Around 80-90% of the students got placed. Web Developing and UI and UX design companies visit our college. Almost 100% of the students got internships, mostly in journalism. Students get roles in all forms of journalism, TV production, cinema and web development. Directors like PS Mithran and Actor Amitash are alumni of the department.

The infrastructure of our college is good. You can get good exposure to extra activities.

Placements: Around 20% to 30% of the students from our course got placed in on-campus placements. Most of them got placed in IT companies like CTS, Infosys, TCS, etc., while some got placed in core companies like Caterpillar, etc. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. It is mandatory for us to do an internship in 6th semester holidays. So, every student must do an internship for a period of 1 to 2 months.

The review of Anna University.

Placements: Placements are good for the students of the marketing domain but not for the students of other specialisations. The placement cell is concentrating more on engineering students than MBA students. We had a pre-placement programme which was very helpful and enlightening. I hope they provide placements for all specialisations from next year.

If you want to get marks, join Anna University where the students are awarded marks based on their hand writing. If you want to gain knowledge, join deemed universities. Anna University, the life ruiner. Only good for people who are from jungles and tribal areas, they get easily passed and know how to handle the useless crap barbarian “professors”. Not good for civilized people who have got brain and questions. These colleges are run by hooligans making money out of students. Lecturers and profe...
