I am satisfied with the college, but it is not up to expectations.

Placements: Around 95% of the total students in our college are getting placed in IT companies. The lowest salary package offered is 3.3 LPA, the maximum package is 15 LPA, and the average package is 13.5 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and IBM are top recruiting companies. At most, 60% of students got internship opportunities from companies like Verzeo. The top roles offered in courses are a data scientist and web developer.

It provides good teaching and fine infrastructure.

Placements: There are some opportunities for getting placements. There are placements in some fields, and students are interested to come across these years. After completion of this course, students can able to write GATE AE, JE, RRB, etc.

It is good for discipline and self-study purposes.

Placements: Placements given are high for only a few people, like 2 to 3 members from each branch, and from the remaining members, only half of them get a job with a salary package that ranges from 4-5 LPA. Companies visiting the college are very good at their overall position.

Review of Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Placements: An adequate percentage of students do not get placed here. The salary package offered is not less than 3 LPA. A majority of students of our college do not prefer to take jobs with less salary package. Some companies like Microsoft, HP, and Reliance randomly visit our college to recruit students. Not more than 10% of students get an internship from our college.

Review of Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Placements: Being a government running college students do not have enough placements moreover, students have enough skills when they get to pass out and students will be taken by the companies. Almost all the branches that are taken from the IT sector, and the academic CGPA enough is not considered during the placements.

Our college provides good placements, but they should give opportunities for all people.

Placements: Many companies give many opportunities for many girls in college. Infosys Technologies, TCS and many other companies visit the campus for recruitment. Above 70% of the students get selected in the interview. All the students and their families are happy with the jobs offered by the college.

Andhra University bad placements and teaching, average campus life.

Placements: Not so great in placements being government university placements are for mechanical students and no core companies come to the college all IT companies show up the college. The average salary being offered is 3.25lakhs by IT companies only. There are no top recruiters as such. Everyone should bring an internship on their own as it is compulsory to do internship according to course.

Andhra University has both pros and cons.

Placements: If you are a core enthusiastic, then make sure that you be in top 20 of class because except for the top, no other will be able to sit in core placements. All the students can attend for software companies. Our university has not brought fewer placements to college.

Equipped with the best faculty who I can say are no less than the ones in IIT.

Placements: Good renowned companies like Bosch, L&T, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Coromandel, etc. come offering placements The average salary per annul is 8 LPA, the highest was 13LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. Almost all the students did get internships except for those who had backlogs. There is a placement cell in the college which is headed by highly experienced professors who guide the students in every possible way.

Placements: Infosys, accenture, wipro, aurobindo etc companies visited the campus. 10% of the students were placed in my batch and in my seniors batch also 10% were placed. No stipend for internship. Internship is for 1 month. We have a placement cell. It will be around 50% useful.

Obviously very famous college by the result. Excellent guidance by the faculty, also very supportive for other activities. It has a large campus, hostel facility and provides good food. Studious environment and college is located at a good location. Seriously, we found the best college for making our future bright. Thank you.

My First Year Experience in College

Placements: According to what I heard, placements for CSE, and ECE groups are good with an average package of 4-5 LPA. This year two ECE students bagged 14 LPA. You need to work hard for placements. You would also need to learn some courses in your free time, without that you wouldn't be able to get placed with only the knowledge college provides you.

Absolutely satisfied because of college good faculty .

Placements: There is good placement provided at Andhra University with high package at starting. The minimum percentage should be 70 per cent for the placement. the placement has different stages like interviews, written tests, and external and internal exams. The job roles are very good companies .

Review of Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. Around 50% of students got placed. Most of the students opt for higher studies. If you want decent placements, then this is a good place. But don't expect guaranteed placements. Students here can get the confidence to get placement anywhere.

Hostel facilities and connectivity are good. Faculty members are a little bit low in teaching.

Placements: Placements are good in our college, but not every student will get it. IT companies visit our college usually, but core companies visit very few times. CSE students will be getting more placements. Civil and mechanical departments have nearly 60% placements and fewer core companies.

Andhra University provides many chances for students with quality education.

Placements: There is a steel plant in Visakhapatnam, but the fact is that many private universities like GITAM are providing more placements than our university. Only 20% of students are getting placed. Many companies are also not interested in the students coming out from Andhra University as every company is looking for students who are studying in private universities here. So the students of Andhra University are losing their interest in placements, and they are more interested to score good marks in th...
